Everything was okay until check out time. While going through the room to ensure I didn’t forget anything, I noticed 2 very long black hairs and a gross stain on the bed mattress. I went down to the front desk to let them know without any expectations. The clerk was great and asked me to email him photos, I did and then this is where the service goes downhill. The manager involved himself just to try to down play it and say it was not as bad as he thought. I then said I didn’t ask for anything so there was no reason to try to down play it then he just got more and more argumentative. I spend well over 40 night at delta last year and use delta to set up all fellow employees with to stay at. I’ve never seen this level of incompetence from management.

The room is spacious and clean. Parking is free (on weekends at least) my only complaint is that the mattress felt old so a 3-star on the room.
