Deltarune tomorrow
You want to go somewhere? Go to Delta inn. They're great and stuff are friendly. You have nice clean rooms. Great big lobby you can sit in. It's a fantastic area. Right in the heart of uptown. You're right, we're all your convenience needs are at. You like King Street? Tim Hortons you got Subway. You got Brunswick square. Worth a bunch of restaurants in it and shopping areas. And you got market square right? Pretty much right across the street. With some restaurants in it too. The rooms are clean and friendly. You got a TV. You have telephone. Room service. You're good to go. Some rooms have one bed. Some rooms have two beds. It all depends on what you want. Go in. Have a good time enjoy yourself
The front desk staff were great. The room was ok. The sink was slow to drain along with the shower. The shower head was meant for someone 5’ or under?
We stayed for 6 days and travelled throughout NB from there. We did have issues with the AC in the room not working and the fridge freezing anything put in it. We had to call maintenance 3 times about AC until they finally moved us. The bathtubs are dated and unfortunately look dirty from whatever anti slip material they put in them.. just cant clean white after awhile so it sucked there was no having a bath, only shower. The beds and pillows were comfy though and we slept well. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub and the restaurant.
Get a decent bed. No one wants to sleep on something that is almost as hard as the floor
Its old but clean. Exceptional service.
Staff are really nice! Rooms and the building is starting to show its age though compared to other Deltas.
Stayed at this aging property for one night . Drove all the way from Toronto. Property and rooms are dated / musky smell and carpet needs a good cleaning.
The shower floods even in a quick shower situation water collected to just below the knee
- A/c is old and makes a loud noise - and once it reaches the set temp , doesn’t shut off the fan keeps running and floods the room with a musky smell I.e dirty filter
- toilet bowl and sink same situation .. yes even the toilet bowl can’t handle a price of toilet paper!!
- left the building 20 mins ago spoke with front desk NO acknowledgement or apology nothing
Hence took took the social media
** PS we travel 12 to 15 times a year for work and leisure ..
** restaurant staff and staff in general pretty decent front desk looks sad and tired .. perhaps working long shifts - not blaming them to have “ I don’t care attitude “..
Loved the room. The staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed the whirlpool
Delta Hotel Saint John offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and connected to the pedway system, making it easy to explore downtown. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are professional and welcoming. Some areas could use a bit of updating, but overall, it’s a great place to stay whether for business or leisure. Would definitely return!

Parking is so outdated, rusty, dirty and bad planning. You'll have to go in and out of the mall just to get to the hotel itself.
Staff and location are excellent.
Rooms are dated. Service was mostly great except the housekeeping. This is being addressed by an understanding management. The pool and hot tub are clean. Excellent, and just long enough for us 😀 who do lenght swim 🏊♀️ 😀
The location is great but everything else is disappointing. Getting to the lobby from the garage is challenging, the lobby in unappealing and restaurant/bar is located oddly with the worst wine and food. Don't stay here.
Very old building
Wifi keep buffering all night afternoon , not much value on the price.
Clearness room is good
Nice , friendly staff
Good downtown location. Walkable to the restaurant and waterfront areas
