Ordered a two piece chicken snack With a chicken Poutine on the side. The chicken was cold and gross And the poutine was covered in cold gravy and found three chicken bones in the poutine. Will not be going back!!!

Been here a few times, when in the mall eatery. Personally, I've never had a poor experience. Whatever items I've ordered have been delivered fresh and hot. No complaints: Dependable.

Went and ordered the festive poutine which had dressing on it. I might of had a fork full of dressing the cheapest thing on the entire dish and hardly any added. And who would of thought no ice available for your fountain pop. This location is going down fast. Owners might want to look into this.

Asked the front servers twice before ordering or paying if the routine gravy was gluten free was told it was so ordered it, I took one bite and KNEW it had wheat in it. The cook came out and showed me the ingredients it DID have gluten. Got my refund for the poutine but they didn't even offer to comp my drink when this could've been a very dangerous situation with allergies! Avoid this place at all cost

Club sandwich was made with white bread ! Not toasted…possibly warmed up in a toaster . We have eaten dozens of club sandwiches from this location and never had one like this before. Obviously the person making was too impatient to let it toast as it usually does.

Tried to call in an order for work, was asked to wait a second (which was fine) I hung up after waiting for 12:43 and I could hear them talking the entire time. Thanks
I placed an order for delivery . Waited 2 hours , I called and they closed without even letting me know !! I left a voicemail and the manager has not even called back to AT LEAST apoligize . Wont be getting my service again !!!
