Raw chicken in a chicken poutine.Not just undercooked but RAW. At least two chunks were completely pink and raw. We waited at least 15 minutes for the meal to be replaced which is an understandable amount of time given that we wanted it cooked.When paying the bill I was told that she only charged me for the regular poutine instead of the supreme. When I questioned why I was being charged at all for it she said it was because he ate it. Yes, he ate the new one that was replacing the one with raw chicken on it that he obviously ate none of! She then said that he still got a deal because we weren’t being charged for the supreme.I really wish we had taken pictures of the raw chicken on my daughter’s boyfriend’s plate but lesson learned for having faith in what we thought would be the only sensible outcome.Service was fine up until we received our meals and sent back the raw chicken. We weren’t asked how anything was after that and had to flag down someone to top up the coffee.I’m not one to give a negative review but this was just a bad experience and handled incorrectly

Tired their fish cake breakfast this time, all I can say is ?? . They serve Cakes with some home fries and 2eggs. Fries are freis , eggs are perfect.And the 2 Fish Cakes :Iam from a place where we have a lot of fish and how we cook fish is completely different, so like any other immigrant fish I very dear to me so I did not give much thought (or wanted to try ) fish here ( mainly in North American Cuisine)When I had the fish cake my whole perspective changed , the chef at the east coast showed a whole different perspective on how we can cook fish.Am going again until my taste buds say this is too bland now . Terrific little pub, recently expanded. I frequently have breakfast here and lunch on a few occasions. Food and service has always been great. Bacon is super crisp and eggs always done just the way I ordered it. The grilled home fries with onions are the best I've ever had anywhere. Staff are very friendly.

Went there with high hopes because of the reviews. Took 15 minutes before someone talked to us to mention they were going to take our order which proceeded to take another 15 minutes before actually taking our order. The servers we're all over the place and yelling to each other in the middle of the restaurant with lots of confusion. On top of that a couple who had two babies on their lap, were told to get a high chair in a corner instead of the server actually grabbing the chair for them, which in my opinion is unprofessional. Although many things were negative, the food was good and affordable, but took long to arrive at the table. So in general, don't go there if you're in a rush.

I normally don’t do this or post reviews. But this establishment has a man (Patrick Rayner) who works at this pub and his girlfriend (Shari Rayner) that bullied a great man to death by starting a Facebook group and that man George Touhkasis ended up killing himself because of it. Do not spend your money here. Absolutely disgraceful!!!

Food was amazing but the waitress only came over once the hour we were there. The part the makes me not wanna come back is I pay debit on my phone not leaving a tip on debit cuz I was going to give some cash out of pocket but as it prints out she goes oh my that’s a lot for the tip in front of my group of friend. The 4 of us will not be dinning in again. Takeout only
