I was there on Mother’s Day and wasted 15 minutes of my time. Multiple servers walked by and weren’t acknowledged by a server once to ask what we liked to drink or give us a loaf of bread. Management needs to take control and run it better. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant, as people that were seated after us were greeted.
Ordered takeout through door dash. Three meals cost us $140. Takeout showed up to the hotel with no cutlery, no salt and pepper. We got charged for the parm. I added mushrooms to my meal and when I opened the pasta there was only 4 mushrooms. The pasta also was supposed to come with chicken. There was only three small chunks of chicken. Horrible. I drove all day to get here. I will never order from East Sides again!
The door dash delivery person was prompt and very nice!
Went to have supper tonight, the service was very terrible and slow. wasn't offered refills, the waitress only came around with cheese about 15 min after dropping food. so much for all you can eat soup or salad if the waitress hides in the corner talking. food came out cold, didn't want to return it cause I didn't want to wait another hour for it to be remade. bill was incorrect. just poor service and quality of food.
