Food was not warm when it got to the table. Service kept saying everything was backed up by 1/2 hour. (It wasn't that long.. and if it was backed up then food should have been hot). Waitress was inattentive and kept missing things from our order. This is why we haven't been there for 5 years... and why it will be another 5 (we only went because we had 2 gift cards).
