Every time I go here I end up being disappointed. The food never tastes as good as the other locations. The only thing i use to like was the garlic fingers and the last time i had them they were terrible. There was a sand like grit on them that was so thick i was trying to wipe it off the bottom with a paper towel and it was still too much

was there this evening and placed an order and the guy that took my money and order went directly over to start making my order and I immediately asked for my money back on the spot and told him he never washed his hands after touching money and then food and that it was disgisting, guess all the horrible reviews on this place are true

We absolutely love the fish and chips from this Greco location. However, getting it seems to be an issue. 4 out of the last 5 times we’ve called to order for pick up, we have been advised that they have a rush of orders for pizza and therefore they will not take the time to make the fish. The fish is on the menu. The fish is in the store. Thus, the fish is for sale. It is very bewildering that you would offer a service on your menu that you will not make if your store is busy not everyone wants pizza. Would someone please be able to explain to us why when the store is busy and the fish is on the menu the staff refused to make the fish? It is very poor business practice, and because of this, we will no longer be calling to order any fish at any time whether busy or not you have lost a customer. I’m not sure if that matters to you or not but if you’re going to offer something on your menu, be prepared to sell it. It is extremely frustrating to know that the material is available, but your staff will not make it because they’re too busy. It makes absolutely no sense if I were to go to McDonald’s and order a hamburger and it was a very busy time and they refused to make a hamburger wouldn’t you find that a little bit bizarre? Very, very poor customer service even the gal on the line was rude about it. That was your last chance you won’t be getting our orders anymore.

Quality! 💯 Place and food was awesome! The Management and staffs are all friendly, approachable and excellent customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I've had my $60 ordered canceled because they didn't have delivery drivers, was told I would get a refund and never did. Another time, had the delivery driver hand me my pizza boxes upside-down. Food is always okay to bad. Never good.
