Ordering the chicken pad Thai for my lunch. Honestly, I do not find anything called Thai flavours from this dish. The rice noodles is overwhelmingly mixed with the weird salty sauce and mashed chicken and combined with some lonely bean sprouts topped with some green onion. Also, I don't think pad Thai is cooked with curry. I threw away half of my food because it is too salty.

The best part of my meal was the can of pop. The chicken balls are hard and dried out. My tasteless rice was mixed with noodles. Mall food 🙄

DoorDash delivered food from here with HAIR IN IT. Neither HoC or DoorDash will refund even we returned the entire meal. Thrives. And no one wears a hair net. Yukkkk!

$17.25 for 2 item combo helping was barely enough to cover the container. Not the first time. McAllister Place location. Very disappointed.

I ordered fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, salt and pepper pork and chicken balls. #1, fried rice was soggy and tasteless. It was just rice and no egg what kind of fried rice was that. #2- the sweet and sour chicken was only sour not even sweet, #3 the salt and pepper pork didnt even tasted like pork. Only tasted like fried dough. And lastly the chicken balls was horrendous. Needless to say, this will be the 1st and last time i ever order and eat at this place. Only had couple of bites and threw it all out. Please hire better cook because $20 for all that wasn't worth it.

Located in McAllister Place, Saint John, it's a decent place for a quick bite. Delivery available as well from this location. Pricing, depending on what you select, ranges from relatively inexpensive to moderate. Find it next to Tim Hortons.

I ordered the pineapple chicken and it did not look breaded in the pictures, but it was breaded and it was disgusting. No better than cheap chicken nuggets. Yuck! And there was no flavor of pineapple either. The chicken balls were good though And that's the only reason they are Even getting two stars.

Where do I start...wow..horrible.The rice was basically soy sauce soup with rice, the chicken balls were hard as bricks, the sauce was soo sweet it had no sour, the ribs were all bone, the peper chicken were basically small rocks with 0 peper flavor only old grease, the egg roll was definitely made 6 hours earlier and the filling sucked. I'm.bmown away at how bad this was.. and for 3 combo..$24 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 1 OUT OF 10

Love it! Friendly staff and yummy food. It’s a mall food court, so people that review negatively that we’re expecting a full on restaurant quality like the other locations, need a reality check ? love house of chan!
