Waste of money ..I got a cajun cesar chicken salad and i literally had to search for chicken in it.all i saw was lettuce.I wasted 26 dollar because I even tipped for a takeout.never ever going there again.i want refund

Ate at Jungle Jims last Sunday at noon. There were only two other tables seated and both were served already. We ordered and it was 35 minutes getting our meal. It doesn’t take that long to scamble two eggs cook bacon and toast and hash browns, a panini and Caesar salad. It was not busy so not sure what the hold up was. Asked the waitress twice about our meal and she said its on its way…..not sure where it was coming from…..needless to say i wont be back

Great food at reasonable prices and friendly service!

We ordered one of their bowls and we specifically requested to have more avocados in exchange of the Mex rice and black beans that my daughter didn’t want…. but when it was served to us, there were no avocados. When we asked, the server just simply said there’s none. He could have advised us so we could have ordered another one.

The pork ribs that I ordered were tough and chewy, not the usual tender and fall-off-the-bone kind. I also had to ask for my coleslaw when it should have been included.

Nope, never coming back. Such a waste of money.

Was there tonight 3 of us.(Tuesday) wasn't busy at all just 2 tables. Drinks were great, French onion soup was good but then the meals came The other 2 were ok but burgers should be fresh made for the price. Then came my fetacinni came don't waste your money, chicken was rubber and the noodles were just like side kicks. For $22. Should have at least been real chicken, when I told the waitress her answer
was could have been over or under cooked. Don't waste uour money.

Took my kids for dinner on a Friday evening. Waitress was excellent, very polite and attentive. The food however was terrible. It was cold to the touch and very overseasoned. I mentioned it to the Waitress, the kitchen said they would heat up our food (it had been 45 minutes since we ordered by then, so we took it home to heat up). The waitress was very apologetic but was not able to do anything further about it. 2/10, will not be returning.

Terrible Experience at Jungle Jim’s Eatery

Waited 20 minutes for takeout order, and when it was finally ready, the server told me they had no bags. After spending
over $80 and got handed seven meal boxes—just loose boxes, no bag, no way to carry them properly. To make things worse, the woman at the counter was rude and didn’t even try to help or apologize. Honestly, this place has zero customer service. If you can’t provide basic things like a bag or decent service, why even take big orders? Absolutely not coming back.

We went to jungle Jim's last night for steak and had a great experience. Our server Amiyah was amazing we can not say enough good things about her! Service was fast, she made our 3 drinks we ordered perfectly. I ordered a Cesar and alway struggle finding someone who can make them good, it was delicious so I ordered another one. The food was very good. We eat out at many places but this was definitely the best service we've experienced in a really long time. If every restaurant had a waitress like this there would be some very happy customers. We will definitely be back!

We had Jungle Jim's tonight and it was completely disgusting! I have no pictures of my meal (though mine sucked as well) but PLENTY of my mom's meal. Her fish and chips were literal MUSH! I have no idea what has happened recently to Jungle Jim's but it's just awful!! Last time we walked out after waiting 15mins to even get served our drinks. They charged me $35!!!! For just chicken fingers and fries (that were so tough I couldve choked), and Jalapeno Poppers that literally weren't all that with just a BUCKET LOAD of salt on both of our fries!! Hers came to $25 for that MUSH that turned her stomach. What a disgusting establishment it should be shut down until it gets a revamp.

Awesome experience! We're visiting from Ontario and this was a great first restaurant to visit. Super friendly & personable waitress and good food & yummy drinks! I like the fish tank too.

DONT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! FOOD WAS AWFUL AND VERY COLD, SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD . Waited 20 minutes for the host take my order. And 20 extra minutes for the food to get ready. Awful food by the way.
