⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Excellent Experience at KFC, NB! I had a fantastic visit to KFC Lancaster, NB! The food was fresh, hot, and full of that classic KFC flavor we all love. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sides were just as delicious especially the fries and gravy! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had a comfortable atmosphere, which made my visit even better. Overall, KFC Lancaster delivered great service, great food, and a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning — highly recommended! 😍😍😍

Placed an order and it arrived an hour past the expected delivery time. Fries were soggy and cold and chicken was cold. They also forgot the gravy. Called and they blamed Uber. First, the order was placed through the KFC app and I don't recall seeing any mention that they use Uber to deliver. Had I known that, I wouldn't have ordered because I'm fully aware of what a crap company Uber is. Second, it is certainly not Uber's fault that the gravy was forgotten. It is the restaurant's responsibility to make sure all items are included in the bag. They refused to come pick the meal back up, as we did not want it at this point. They refused to have gravy delivered or to offer any refund for the meal or just the gravy. Taking money for something, not providing it and then not refunding the money is called THEFT. Do NOT order from here!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at any KFC. Took 5 trys for them to understand what I wanted, I paid extra for all white meat and they gave me half dark meat still and the chicken tasted disgusting. Like old grease and just overall nasty. My kids who love getting KFC as a treat, took one bite of their chicken and asked if they could throw it out. We ended up tossing the all the chicken and only eating the cold fries and union rings. It was NASTY. Do not recommend this KFC. We don't get take out often and to waste over $50 on something that had to be thrown out is very frustrating. Tell your staff to get it together.

the people are nice but it gets very irritating and hard to be respectful when they consistently mess my order up, this is the only restaurant that I have to check my bags every time to make sure they have everything and the past like 7 times a straw or sauce or fries or something is missing every single time

Lol, the first KFC have ever seen those who guys invented the protein without cur cheese. I picked the order from drive-through. The fries were really soggy and there was two pieces of cream cheese as if the KFC employees pays out of their pocket. It’s really disgusting if you wanna waste your money, go to KFC side

Don’t bother mobile ordering, ordered 3 sandwiches. Got a message to go pick up because it was almost ready. Showed up to a 15 minute wait. Would be understandable if they were busy but they had a single drive through customer and one walk in the whole time we waited. Staff wasn’t apologetic. This is the 3rd or 4th time. Won’t order from here again.
