I ordered through Skip the dishes and it was successfully placed. When my brother-in-law came to pick up the order, their staff just said there was no order. They didn't verify that the order was placed via skip-the-dishes. They thought it was ordered through them directly. I think they should verify first before telling the customer they don't see the order because it causes anxiety on the customer. I think that it's a very lame customer service. If I was the one working at KFC, I would use my COMMON SENSE.

We were attending a celebration in St John New Brunswick and order these in advance. This lady was extremely helpful and very conscientious about doing a excellent job for us. We ordered 48 cupcakes and each one was beautiful and a delight. We definitely recommend this Bakery for excellent service and quality products.

I hard the worst experience that I ever got at KFC located on the West side if Saint John NB. We went in to get an order of chicken tenders (40 pieces) with fries , gravey and Cole slaw, I waited over an hour to be filled. While they continued to sell several orders for other customers, Then they filled our order, the filled our order … 10 chicken tenders, (they didn’t have 40 tenders,). 10 pieces of thighs and wing pieces, and chicken nuggets. I feel when a customer places an order they should not have to wait so long because it doesn’t take that long for an order to be filled. Also, they spoke in their home language looking at me and laughing. This is very ignorant! Love when they have chosen my homeland to be there new home and then they treat us like second rate people. This is my country, please respect it and our people as we respect your culture!

Just went through drive thru. There was 2 kids about 13ish, 1 pushing a walmart cart and another in the cart waiting to go to the window at this time (5:30pm) was Harassing me for a smoke after I said no the women in the window served them. I worked in these kind if places and know drive thru is for cars only not walk through. The serve did not nor did she tell them not to do it. She served them. Way to go kfc...

I absolutely hate this location ,the service sucks,wish I could if gave it a -5 stars ,everytime I I've ordered here they got order wrong ,ordered a 3 PC meal ,and git a chicken tender for one of the 3 pieces? Tried contacting them ! No luck ! Drive back there and was told ,well we do that sometimes when we dint have enough chicken ? Ok! Well don't you think the customer whi just paid for the food should know it be asked ? I worked here when i was 16 in 2019, i got hired thru some connections and it was the biggest mistake of my entire life. do not work here. the management is straight up abusive, when i called in sick for actual real reasons they guilt tripped me. supervisor just sits in the back on her phone all day if she’s still working there lol. they all treated me like garbage as well as another girl who’s hands were very sensitive to cold. they made us work in freezing temperatures, wouldn’t let us wear extra layers, i once was put on cash and drive thru all by myself during an insane rush hour. i was treated like garbage. worked 11-9s every weekend on top of school. no accommodations for anything. rude coworkers who would lowkey bully you when you weren’t there.
needed a coworker to fill in for me for a day, she gave me a number so i texted it and said coworker was like “yes! i’ll cover for u” then i said “seriously thank you so much” suddenlt i get a “ahahhaa this isn’t her actually it’s her friend… her real number is:” turns out the actual coworker was already at work. i quit. ghosted them. buuuuuuuu bye!
oh and btw the supervisor on like my second day encouraged one of the male coworkers to vape in the gravy— he did— she cheered and laughed. yet i wasn’t allowed to lean on the counter. SO YEAH. VAPING IN THE GRAVY. classy. i make sure to tell everyone about that. avoid the west side establishment if you want to remain sane.

Today I decided I didn't want to cook so my friend and I went to KFC, Saint John N.B. (West) to order a bucket of chicken. It's not something I do often. My order came to $46 + change (incl. HST) - which, in my opinion, is far too much money for bad food. The chicken must have been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. It was so dried out you couldn't cut it with a knife...completely inedible. We were only able to eat 3 of the 9 pieces (we ordered the 10pc bucket). I'm in the north end so returning it was not an option. If you're expecting something fresh, you might as well just get the coleslaw because that was the only enjoyable part of it. KFC should be embarrassed selling this. Now I have to find a way to get rid of it and it's not my garbage week. I'm not happy at all. Terrible experience. I'd give zero stars for the food if I could.
