The quality was so bad. Too oily & salty chicken pieces and it’s not even crunchy. Barely any staff at the restaurant to take orders at the front and therefore no one checked the cleanliness of the restaurant. Garbage was overflowing and every single table was dirty. And for the first time in my life, i had the most bitter coleslaw. It’s like KFC doesn’t care anymore

What’s on the menu is what you get.My fries were cold .They don’t want you ordering inside the restaurant they want drive through only and drive through orders are taken first.not the same store very poor service and prices are through the roof.

Staff are friendly and quick. Quite clean inside as well which is a good feeling when walking into the place, I find sometimes fast food places get a little lax on the cleanliness and this was a nice change.Overall a good experience

Don't try calling to report that they didn't out your whole order in the bag because they keep hanging up after 3 or 4 rings spend good money and not receive everything I'm not impressed

Had a two can dine meal and the chicken was cooked really well and was crispy. The server though was mumbling and couldn't hear her at all

KFC just has gone downhill so much in the last few years. Every big crunch used to actually be big and crunchy. This new chicken burger, I've had 3 times now just to be sure but every time it's been crunchy on the outside with dried up dough and almost undercooked in the middle, rubbery. Today I ordered the chicken strips and they had no flavor. They no longer taste of herbs and spices. KFC isn't even on the same playing field as these other chicken places anymore.

I just ordered a 2 piece chicken ..they asked if I wanted to up my fries and there was hardly no fries ..I paid for what I did not receive
