I went through the drive through, and had a young woman handling my order. She was rather rude and impatient while I ordered, and then when I paid i told her to have a nice day and she slammed the window down. Definitely not going back.

Was told ingredients were out of stock after they accepted my order and payment. They assumed I'd accept a substitution and refused to cancel, saying I had to call through the app. I called, they asked if I could return to the store. I returned, and they refused a refund again, saying I'll get it in 5 days. They never sent a refund. Poor customer service and no accountability.

I always loved this location it’s right by the movie theatre. Good for a quick supper! If you want take out. The cooks are very good at making fresh food.
I miss when it was KFC/Taco bell.

Holy crap, awful kfc. I've gotten take out here around 10 times and almost every time there is something wrong with the order... sometimes we catch it in the parking lot but unfortunately some times with drive through we don't notice until we get home. Based on the other reviews, I see this is a common issue.
20 people waiting for 30 min, just to get a wrong order, do NOT come here

Kiosks were broken. Employee watched us try to use them for five minutes and didn't say anything. Misunderstood my order when I asked for a box meal, paid more for less food. Waited ten minutes because they couldn't find corn??? Organize your stock. Food itself wasn't that bad, but the service tanks it hard.

The last 3 visits there, they have not had food stock, all separate items, they are very unorganized and don't have proper stock, if you order a sandwich, expect them to tell you they are out of at least 1 ingredient.
They also put all focus on delivery items and make drive through and inside orders wait longer with the inside orders having the longest wait time.
Go to the other KFC if you want proper ingredients and to not wait obnoxiously long, especially if going inside

Can't say I was happy but glad they ran out of their regular chicken 🍗 pieces and has to replace 2 of my 3 piece dinner with chicken fingers. The fingers were actually quite good but the regular bone 🍗 was so dry and tough It went in the trash.
The food at 545 Westmoreland Rd was okay, but what really made the visit special was the service. Melissa was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her excellent service truly made the experience worth it
The quality was so bad. Too oily & salty chicken pieces and it’s not even crunchy. Barely any staff at the restaurant to take orders at the front and therefore no one checked the cleanliness of the restaurant. Garbage was overflowing and every single table was dirty.
And for the first time in my life, i had the most bitter coleslaw. It’s like KFC doesn’t care anymore
Food tasted good. Delivery was quick.
Staff no longer helps with orders and no longer can you change your order . What’s on the menu is what you get.My fries were cold .They don’t want you ordering inside the restaurant they want drive through only and drive through orders are taken first.not the same store very poor service and prices are through the roof.
