Delivered over 2 hours after I ordered. Insane.
On Christmas Eve I placed an order for 5:30 pick up and paid, got there and they were still working on 4/4:30pm orders, I went in and asked they call me when it was ready and they agreed and noted my receipt. 7pm still no word went down and it was still packed. Went back at 8:20pm after still no call and they were closed. Yesterday went back to address the issue and they said they would make it then, no reason why they didn’t call or an apology. We placed a bigger order for a birthday party and everything was ready on time (sorry to the young fella for the confusion), piping hot when we got it home and PLENTY of food for 13 people with lots of leftovers. Everyone enjoyed their plates. Thank you for taking that stress off and providing us with a delicious spread!!
