I have never been so disappointed in my order. Last night we placed a delivery order and we always order the same thing . we havent ordered in awhile but most of the food was RAW . The wonton soup was so gross we poured it out. if i was a cow and wanted a salt lick i would be happy. Our spring rolls were raw inside. The rice was good, the egg rolls were over cooked. at least we could eat them without worrying about food poisoning. We always order from here because it was the best chinese food in the city .But i guess unless the get a better cook we are looking else where.... Miscooked and the only taste was salt

Pick up order for 8 people. Spent $190 on take out. This has always been my go-to, favourite Chinese place, even up to my last order about 3 months ago. This time though, the food was TERRIBLE!!! Special fried rice was mushy and had corn kernels in it that looked canned and were disgusting! (Never had corn in fried rice from ANY restaurant) all other dishes tasted exactly the same as each other. Mushy, overcooked veggies. The sauce on the cashew chicken was thick and gelatinous!🤢 I know this restaurant has changed ownership recently. Perhaps they should sell it again before they run it into the ground!! So disappointed I could actually cry!! That rice……🤮

I’ve always enjoyed ordering food from here but the last three times I’ve ordered delivery it’s been a minimum of 2+ hours to receive it and it’s arrived cold and soggy. This seems To be the new standard, so plan your meal according to a long wait time

On Christmas Eve I placed an order for 5:30 pick up and paid, got there and they were still working on 4/4:30pm orders, I went in and asked they call me when it was ready and they agreed and noted my receipt. 7pm still no word went down and it was still packed. Went back at 8:20pm after still no call and they were closed. Yesterday went back to address the issue and they said they would make it then, no reason why they didn’t call or an apology. I asked for my money back and won’t be returning. They visibly took more orders than they could handle and left me with no meal on a night that everything was closed due to the holiday.

I ordered the 5T and was horrible. Everything over cooked. Broccoli was awful . I usually get a combo every couple weeks . This was the worst.

Food was just ok.. oil tasted old or burned, I gave them 2 hours notice and I still had to wait 20 min, no roomnin there and parking is ridiculous we ordered a dinner for 6 with lots of choices.. was just ok

Great prices, large helpings, only down side is parking 🫤 there is a church parking lot right beside, and another access behind the parking lot to avoid the main street traffic out front if heading South. Better way to access the lights at the intersection.
Ordered beef broccoli,paid $26 when i got home I found just a few pieces of beef and a whole yard of veggies.You need to value customers money and be generous on the main ingredients.

Complete 360 of what I experienced the last time I ate here. Food was amazing and I was so surprised. I was expecting the same cold hard rice and barely edible food and I got the complete opposite, hot and good portion nothing old tasting and I ordered just before they started closing down. Best chinese I've had in awhile tbh.
