Don’t bother trying to call them I’ve called like 30 times in an hour to try and pay extra money to get my order delivered because my ride only got 1 of my 2 orders and won’t go back but they just don’t answer the phone.

I come here fairly frequently and usually its amazing but kinda disappointing service on the last visit, food is always amazing though and large in part except for like twice (including the problem in mention on this review) since they opened never had an issue.
Bought a pizza on Halloween and i got a buy one get one coupon, the lady told me next one is free. I walked in today Nov 6 a week later for the free pizza and handed the coupon over and a younger girl told me its buy one get one. I said yes i bought one last time and was told the next one would be the free one and she said no you need to buy one now to get the free one.
Its a semantics argument and i can't prove the last lady said the next one is free when she gave the coupon, the coupon the way is its useless for people who buy one at a time, don't get me wrong its a very nice gesture for a company to give coupons like this and i'm no worse off than if i didn't get the coupon but the rules around it could change to be more beneficial like stamping the coupon to show the next one is free or something.
I would still highly recommend the place but yeah just dissapointed over coupon semantics.

Tried calling to place an order (as online order wasn’t working) but no answer, then when I went in they said they can’t make my order because they claimed they closed in 10 minutes but there was 25 minutes left until closing. I get it if you don’t have time to make the order, but don’t lie and say your closing at a time when your not.

HORRIBLE I went Saturday to get pizza puffs at 8 and some Italian cheesey breads and took them 15 minutes. A guy who ordered 2 pizzas and 4 pizza puffs got his orders before me. The girl at front desk also wiped her nose on her black sweater and there was a huge line of snot. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Last few times haven't been as good as back when in college but still good.
The pizza is sometimes ok for little Caesars but not a huge fan of it myself. My son loves it tho. The service is good the atmosphere is ok most of the time but sometimes very crowded

Food is good, it's a tasty pizza at a good price. The atmosphere in any of these joints is pretty poor, not even a washroom and you're lucky to find a window sill to sit on while waiting.

Popped in for a late night meal on a Sunday night. Other than having to wait about 10 minutes for a fresh pizza to be made the whole experience was good.
