I had my first, and last, visit to the Saint John location last night. Although the service was friendly enough and the atmosphere not bad, the food was terrible.I purchased a deep dish pepperoni pizza, Italian cheese bread, and cinnamon bread sticks. The pizza was not cooked past the inch of crust. Under the pepperoni & cheese, the dough was still raw . . . gooey, slimy, disgusting! The cinnamon sticks only had a few little sprinkles of cinnamon here and there so one could not taste any cinnamon at all. The worst part is how saturated with butter they were. It was unreal how greasy and awful they were. Both my daughter and I were sick to our stomachs after our few bites of this meal. We had to throw it all out! Over $30 plus the gas to go get the meal, down the toilet. I contacted them through their 'contact me' on their website and haven't heard a thing back.What a disappointment! I have been going to the ones in Moncton and Riverview for years and everything was always delicious.

We were there to get take our around 6;45 pm tonight. One employee had dirty long hair and his appearance was unkept. His hair was not tied back too. He looked like he’d just come in off the street.

Got pizza for supper and found fly eggs/maggots on the pizza. Took it back to the store and the manager didn't care. Barely blinked an eye.
