I got food 11:00-11:30am nov. 13th 2025 the cashier didn't have a nametag nor did she put her name on the receipt. She was the only one at cash at this time. Receipt read ; Shift 100.
Now the reason , for the review. She was constantly on the phone in call. Before , during and after. I could hear a males voice responding to her. She tossed the pop , she left our food to get cold on the counter. So it was brought to her attention, she responded rudely sharply and dissmissly ,as I left she goes to try and take it out on her female coworker. EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING WAS HER FAULT!

Purchased a batters box last night. Had some taters and 2 pieces of chicken. The chicken tasted sour so I put it away. Later that night I had massive diarrhea and puking heavily with the same sour chicken taste. 15 hours later still sick and no sleep. They are serving poison.

Came in at 2:45 Sunday May 25th and it was a ghost town, but despite that all the tables were filthy. nowhere clean to sit. Employee on cash wasn't doing anything, and when we were close to finishing eating she looked at the tables and saw the mess and left it, just straightened the chairs out instead and went to eat. Also ordered extra mayo on my big Mary and as per usual didn't get it
i just bought 9 pieces of chicken today. As i was buying i was asking him politely on how much the chicken is and he just point out the menu, and even when I paid, he slammed the cash register. When he handed over our order, he did it rudely. Very poor service please educate your staff.

I came in to buy chicken at "Mary Brown's CHICKEN. I go to order and they tell me they have no chicken..I left empty handed.. staff laughed about thought it funny,I was not amused.

every time I come dont matter what time I have to wait 20 + minutes for chicken.. this is a chicken restaurant and you have to wait this long ... time to get new staff or more chicken
