After ordering a 13 piece feast last night to the tune of$62 tax incl. I will apparently have to count the pieces of chicken before leaving the store as I get home this evening thinking we had enough left over for tonight, and find the 13 piece I ordered was in actual fact an 11 piece. Not impressed with the two guys working there, not my first time at this location, but first time seeing these 2 guys. And first time I had any issues with this location. ???

Mary’s browns was my once a week take out untill last night. Called to order the 13 piece meal at 6 was told they weren’t sure if they had the chicken. Then said ok we can do that. Picked up food 30 mins later. Got home without a doubt the worst meal me my husband and 2 friends ever had. The chickens coating was wet and disgusting then the chicken was raw. The tators were hard and cold. The salads were grossssssssss. Needless to say 71 dollars later and we ate cheese and crackers…..worst service worst food ever. Never again will I eat at Mary browns.

Very disappointed in the meal. Purchased the Big Mary's bug crunch combo....the burger was thrown in the packaging not together, the chicken was very hard and the taters could not be eaten as they were hard as a rock.....normally never have an issue with their food but today was disgusting that they would think someone would want what I got for their lunch!

My husband and I came to this Mary Brown’s location on October 21st, 2023; and they were busy busy busy. But I have to say, even though they were busy, the service was excellent, we got our food relatively quick and it was delicious. I wish I knew the names of the employees that were working, they deserve a raise!! We will be back!!

Revised...so I emailed like the response says for an email to come back that mailbox is full!!! Lol ? must be getting lots of complaints?... I normally enjoy Mary Browns but last night was terrible!! Total waste of money. For an 8 PC we received 3 super small drumsticks. 2 small wings and 3 ok size pieces, chicken was good, but since so small it was overcooked a tad. I've never got such small PC's before so I guess they are like KFC now and making the PC's smaller? The wedges which I normally love, half were black!?? I don't know why they were black? And what that even is? So weird!! Definitely did not leave a good taste in our mouths. Way to much money spent for the meal we received.

Been avoiding this place for a while. Last time gave me stomach issues. Tried again today as I was driving by. Taters we’re super flowery and chalky. The mayo completely off the sandwich in the box. Tossed together with 0 effort. Also some black grease or burn marks on the chicken. This will be my last visit.

Always fresh and decent sized servings. I like the chicken sandwiches and tenders.If you're using the drive through, you may want to turn off the engine. It's worth the wait though.
