I have been to many Mary Brown’s locations. The lady who was working on the counter yesterday gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any business. She was happy, helpful, asking everyone how they are enjoying their meals and truly cared about her job. The gentleman in the kitchen was equally as nice. He was an African Canadian and the banter between the two of them through the window was awesome to see.
Please ensure these two staff get the credit they deserve.

They refused to refund my money and points for an order that was misplaced due to a different location. I tried to call multiple times within a few minutes after placing the order on the app but they only picked up the phone when the order had been prepared. They said they they could not cancel the order when another branch and Mary Brown’s head office said they could. I ordered their batter box some time earlier when I was in St. John and the chicken and the taters also did not taste as good and underseasoned. I still want my money and points back as it’s criminal to take other people’s money with nothing in return.

Absolutely one of the worst locations to order from, it happened a couple of times that I pick up an online order and after I leave I find a missing item, call the store and they apologize and say we will compensate you the next time, can’t get a refund through the app, absolutely inconvenient.
