Ordered Big Mac combo today, my only suggestion to people going to this location is check your order before you leave, I don't come often and it is McDonald's so I'm not expecting anything special but somebody knew what they just put in a box for a customer, On a side note, the bun was well toasted, Were is the beef !!

Hands down the worst McDonald’s experience of my life – Fairville location is an absolute nightmare.
Went in for a simple breakfast on a weekday morning and ordered a Bacon ‘N Egg McMuffin. Waited OVER AN HOUR for one sandwich. The place wasn’t even understaffed – there were tons of employees buzzing around, literally tripping over each other behind the counter, but nobody seemed to have any clue what they were doing. Total chaos, zero coordination, like they’d never been trained at all.
The lobby was packed with frustrated customers, drive-thru line was insane, and everyone was getting more and more upset. When my food finally came out, I asked for an espresso – “Machine’s down.” No apology, no alternative, just blank stares from the staff.
Orders coming out wrong everywhere, people complaining loudly, and the employees looked completely lost and indifferent. Poorly managed doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Avoid this location at all costs – go anywhere else. I’ll never come back here. Terrible from start to finish.

Waited 15 minutes for food that was cold because the staff appeared to have no idea what they were doing. No apology either just appeared to be annoyed when I asked for my food. Do not recommend this location.

The drive thru crew who was working December 11th at 9pm deserves a pat on the back. It’s service like this that will keep me rolling through those arches. I didn’t get a happy meal but I was pretty dang happy with the meal.

It seems that service fit those ordering at the front counter has become the lowest priority. Took 11 minutes of waiting before being served. It was a Friday evening and not very busy at the counter or the ordering screens. It also makes no sense to offer a plant based menu item without a plant based mayonnaise, or like sauce.
