It seems that service fit those ordering at the front counter has become the lowest priority. Took 11 minutes of waiting before being served. It was a Friday evening and not very busy at the counter or the ordering screens. It also makes no sense to offer a plant based menu item without a plant based mayonnaise, or like sauce.

Well from now on I’m ordering fries without salt so they come fresh. First time I couldn’t finish my fries. Tasted like they’ve been sitting around or reheated and the oil hasn’t been changed in awhile. Unsatisfied.

The atmosphere is shitty No proper cleaning of washroom. MEN'S washroom full of fruit fly and bigger flies.I even report to the staff about flies they just say ok that's it.I did see any trap.Day by day the number of flies is increasing.

On Aug 31st at 8am, Saw the guy making my sandwich without wearing gloves , did not say anything, asked the cashier is it not mandatory wearing gloves in kitchen she very confidently said no, hats off to her confidence, just walked out with my food but just thinking why would McDonald’s not recommend wearing gloves while making sandwiches while touching all the fridges , adding cheese, touching many other stuff in the kitchen is not at all hygiene!!!! Did not expect kitchen staff doesn’t need to wear gloves in a big company like McDonald’s
