Delivery orders are hardly ever right. If items are wrong or missing, McDonald's takes no responsibility. Multiple times I have been missing items or received wrong items. Only one time I received a credit for parts of the order missing, and that was through the delivery service. Call them and they say they have no way of knowing what products are available.

Once we realized this McDonald's is only one floor, for customer use, we had no problem. Up to that point we thought it was a two story restaurant judging by outside photos on their website as well as at least one photo showing a children's play area. There is no children's play area. Typical McDonald's food and service. Everything went perfectly smooth. Food tasted appropriate, as always. Both my lovely wife Pat and I were completely satisfied with our meals, seating and interaction with employees. Bonus about this particular restaurant is that it is, currently, open 24 hours.

Every single time I order on uber eats from here they always forget either the main item or some other item. They refuse to answer the phone. Won’t be eating here anymore
Spent $50 on breakfast for my family, when we got home we only had 3/4 of our order the other 1/4 was somebody else’s order and all our breakfast sandwich’s were just smashed together they were not even worth eating. 100% don’t recommend McDonald’s is not what it use to be.

I placed an order around 12:20 this morning on the McDonald’s app and went to pick it up. I order all the time from McDonald’s and always pay on the app. I didn’t bring my wallet because, as I mentioned, I always just pay on the app. They made me wait in the drive thru line for so long that my order somehow timed out and at that point they required an in-person payment. I couldn’t even try to order again on the app because for some reason, the timed-out order couldn’t be cancelled. The manager was very unhelpful and rude, only suggesting that he place my food aside to get cold while I drove back to get my card. Absolutely not. You just lost a customer. Get your app fixed.
