If you pre order in the app , and check in before you arrive.. They still make you wait in the parking lot. I find that strange.

Place seems to have new ownership recently. ordered delivery. Orange juice was pretty much all water, asked for extra salsa packets in the bag, and didnt even get 1 for my burritos. and no monopoly stickers on my hashbrowns. Had to drive back myself to get things sorted out. Mcdonalds youve dropped the ball.

The worker sweeping the room came way too close to me and bent down to reach under my seat for a fallen receipt. They saw I had headphones on and didn’t want to be bothered and still proceeded to talk to me about the receipt then put the receipt that was on the floor onto my table I was eating at. The worker had no social cues, no respect for personal space, and no sense of cleanliness that garbage doesn’t go onto tables where people are dining.

Been sitting in the parking lot for 10 min waiting for food to be brought out. 4 spots with people waiting and 3 here before me. The car at the window has been idle for 8 min now but the Skip the Dishes dudes are coming in and out like clockwork. This is not how fast food drive through should work
Their services great play some McDonald's places there's play place and that's great and yeah the food is great is my favorite restaurant yeah

Pathetic that they canceled the order last minute and tried to blame skip when they told the driver they never got my order and when I called them to ask them about it they were rude and hung up. I’m not stupid I know that the employees at McDonald’s can clear orders on the screen I’ve had friends that worked there. Highly do not respect nor recommend ordering from this McDonald’s. And I mean that with all the disrespect

Never again will I order from here. Today my son went in there was a like of 16 people so he ordered from one of the things you order for yourself the cost was 31$. That 31 was taken out of my account.for some reason the order he placed on one of the order stations did not go threw to them . Even showed pic of my account were the money was taken out saying McDonald's.the manager was rude to him so I asked to speak to him. I work CSR .so very nicely I explained what happened again said nothing could be done .... I know I shouldn't eat it as I'm diabetic but I wanted to treat my self and my son.long story short I had a diabetic crash at work.
