Just came thru Drive Thru & ordered ice cream cone $1.00 & 2 cookies …. The ice cream was half the size as 2 days prior & when I mentioned the size, the girl that handed it to me said “”their weighing it now”” I call Bullshyt….so my question to McDonalds store #26011 is “””Do u give half the size to ppl that order $1 drinks as well”” if this is the case then u should just forget the offer!

Restaurant was really dirty, my tray was full of a sticky item as well as the table we sat at, garbages were overflowing. Had to ask for utensils and straws , napkin holders empty… so sad for a new restaurant

Waited 20 minutes for curbside. Was getting ready to come in when the guy brought it out to me finally. I asked does it usually take 20 minutes for cur side. He said they forgot about my order. That is unacceptable.
Bring back Canadian workers I’m not gonna keep paying for drinks and food If I don’t get them at all. 3 rd time I haven’t gotten my full order. But I don’t got time to go back after already waiting 20 mins for a coffee 🙄

I wouldn’t even give the service a 1 star, if only 0 was an option. And clearly I’m not alone judging from the recent reviews. It blows my mind how rude the staff has gotten, and the eye rolls when I asked for items missing from my bag that I paid for. Super short at the speaker, seemed annoyed I was even there placing an order, and seeing as I was the ONLY car in the drive thru, they can’t even ensure my order was correct. I get customer service isn’t easy as I’ve worked it for 15+ years, but when I’m your only customer and that’s the service you provide - the owner needs to reconsider who they have for staff. Not to mention my food was all cold. Do better.

It amazes me how you can order a coffee inside the restaurant and wait upwards of 10 to 12 minutes and if you are lucky you get exactly what you ordered. Disappointing.
