Went there to get an ice cream and a chai frappe. When we got them they were not up to usual McDonald’s standards. I really like the McDonald’s ice creams. They are creamy and tasty. This one was more icy than normal. My wife’s frappe was the same. So my wife called to give the manager a heads up thinking they would appreciate the feedback. When she told him this he replied “well you do know there is ice in these products” when she tried to say there was more than the usual amount HE PROMPTLY HUNG UP ON HER! What kind of customer service is that? One star service I would say.

The best McDonald's in the area, including Quispam/Rothesay and surroundings. Always very clean, drinks prepared immediately, always great taste and quality. Team actions are very professional and staff in always friendly and ready to help. Really enjoy visiting this place, drive from no matter where to get my order in this location particularly. Ordered breakfast at 10:44 AM on a not very busy Saturday morning and it took 22 minutes to prepare. It seems the kitchen is struggling to get things done. There seems to be a lot of yelling in the kitchen area.
When I finally got my order, no mention about the 22 minute wait. Also, my order “disappeared” from the monitor very early on, possibly to make their stats look better.
Parked me for 15 minutes. I don’t care about your times. there is no reason i should be parked for 15 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries.

Just came thru Drive Thru & ordered ice cream cone $1.00 & 2 cookies …. The ice cream was half the size as 2 days prior & when I mentioned the size, the girl that handed it to me said “”their weighing it now”” I call Bullshyt….so my question to McDonalds store #26011 is “””Do u give half the size to ppl that order $1 drinks as well”” if this is the case then u should just forget the offer!
