I have been to this place several times and every time something was wrong, either with my order or with the service. Once I ordered a baked apple pie and was told that it was not available and was offered 2 small cookies that were smaller and clearly not worth what I paid for the pie. The second time I made an order and they brought me just food without two drinks I ordered, as if I hadn't ordered them, until I went up and pointed it out. The third time I ordered two peach pies and they were burnt and bitter. Also, this place doesn't have many drinks and food that other McDonald's places have.

Hands down worst mcdonalds to go to. Make the drive to the one a few minutes away. Staff is rude, slow, they simply do not care. Garbages over flowing, not one single table clean. I waited 21 minutes for a mcdouble meal and another women waited that long just to get her order taken. I'd be ashamed if this was my resturaunt.

This location never has ice cream. I bribe my children when we go into Walmart if they are good they can have an ice cream on our way out. When I asked as to why the machine is in this location and everything looks set up to serve ice cream, I am told by one of the staff that it does not work. I see this location is pretty busy with customers from Walmart so why is the machine been out of service this long?!! You guys are missing out on a huge opportunity to increase sales due to a simple repair to your machine. The front counter staff that took my order was very rude about it aswell.

Went in to get my wife one of their promotional cups. I asked which ones they had and was told the one she wanted was there. They waited about 2 seconds after payment went through to let me know they didn't actually have it even though I asked and made it clear what I was looking for. They would not cancel the order.
I would suggest just not going to this location since it was apparently the manager doing this.
The food was quite disgusting. The fries were mushy and overcooked, the pop was flat and I didn’t get napkins or straws. I’m a hotel and those little details just made the experience even worst. End up throwing all my food in the garbage.

(Loudly!!)She was seating on chair with her shoe taken out(she might have some problem associate might have ask her instead!), there was no one except her around the area,It was being disrespectful according to me!!Employee should have spoke in a polite way.

My order is always wrong and the food and fries are soggy. Every time I get coffee I watch them NOT stir and and they just put the lid on. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I am about to go on a diet so decided to fulfill some desires before I started. So I got on the new uber eats app to browse. Decided to go with the Big Mac as the they had a buy one get one free offer. To top it up I got another quarter pounder meal. So that's 3 burgers, 1 portion of fries and a soda. The food arrives and both big macs had the tiniest burger patties I have ever seen. I don't think even a kids meal would have a patty that small. This was either a prank played on me or else the quality of food at Mcdonalds has hit lows I wouldn't think were possible. Either way! A lesson learnt. I'm not sure if this is only the case with this outlet at Westmorland or is this the entire Saint John. But, rest assured I won't be buying from this brand again.
