My wife and I went to the mix on February 25th, 2025. I ordered the Braised Lamb Shank and it was unironically the single best meal I have had in over 20 years of living in Saint John. Absolute perfection 10/10. Service was good and food was quick as is always the case here, but man, get the lamb into yah it was amazing. Thank you!

Ordered the wings and pizza for take out, the wings were delicious but they forgot the ranch. I ordered the margarita pizza and I ended up getting a pizza with just regular cheese and the pizza wasn’t cut at all. So not the right kind of pizza, not fully cooked and completely not cut….

The Mix's wait staff / bar staff are incredible. Everyone was always friendly, polite and professional regardless of the time of day. However, the food was... FANTASTIC! Had a tasty ham and cheese omelette in the morning to start my day and a savoury burger with fries to close it. Didn't get a photo of the burger but here's one of the omelette. Don't miss out and hope you also checkout The Mix when you're in Saint John.

Nancy at the Mix Resto restaurant was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. The breakfast menu that’s included with our room was pretty nice and we ended up in Nancy’s section a lot . She always had a smile and helped us to navigate what was included with our room voucher and how to get the most bang for our buck and how to order healthy without it costing more. She always asked if we wanted any coffee, tea, or water to go. We looked forward to seeing her every morning. We were here 6 nights and she was such a joy. The other servers were awesome also. Great staff and pretty great food for a hotel restaurant.

Restaurant looked nice. But food was TERRIBLE.
The chowder & calamari were cold when brought to us. When replacement calamari was brought to us the manager said she had told the kitchen I wanted it “well done”. No, I didn’t need overcooked calamari. I just thought it should be served before it was cold!
The fish & chips, well the fries were ok but the fish was VERY overcooked. Never seen battered fish that dark.

this is the room service for the delta hotel. NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I walk past and theyre open, try calling down. NOPE. so ridiculous. place is always empty, they're just refusing to pick up.

We got room service and the lady was an absolute sweetheart! We ordered nachos and the house burger..both were delicious ? 3 of us ate and there was still left overs!! Also had the breakfast!!

My husband and I have come here a few times, and always had an amazing experience. The food is good and priced fairly. They have a variety of options to suit nearly any palette. Drinks are tasty. The decor is lovely, modern, and simple, but with a sense of quality and careful thought. The real shining star, though, is the service. We've always been greeted warmly, and quickly, and received consistently good service. I've thrice been served by a lady named Nancy, who is vibrant, upbeat, knowledgeable, helpful, fast, and so sweet! If you're staying at the Delta Saint John, you can access Mix without going outdoors, and they can bill directly to your room. 5/5 on all fronts - we'll be back again and again! ♥️
I'm sorry I know food is expensive yes however the portions vs the price just isn't there. The amount you lay fir what you receive, just doesn't cut it
