After the meal arrived, the ketchup had a dried layer and a small bug with wings was moving in it. When I showed the waiter he said he couldn't see it and only brought me a new one. The chicken strips were stringy and tough. No Coke products available to enjoy with the meal. The 2 other people with me did enjoy their steak meals.

I ordered the 7oz steak with fries. My food arrived at room temp so it had been sitting awhile. The steak was dry and powdery and was terrible and my husband said his meal was pretty bland and dissapointing. I didn't send it back because we were with a group of 8 and I didn't want to hold everyone up waiting for me to get a replacement and then finish it. The waitress was pretty brisk with us and didn't seem to want to be there. It was so noisy we couldn't hear each other talk. I never complain about restaurants but I've seen montanas steadily go downhill from what it used to be and the food and experience is just not worth it anymore. We only go there now because it's the restaurant our son chooses for his special occasions but I think this will be our last time there.

Great food, Great service, Great frozen Margaritas. Steak was awesome. My husband had the fish and chips. Very nice size order, Fries were cold, but other than that, fish was fantastic. Waiter was very pleasant, courteous and checked on us more than once.

Our 2nd. time there. The log cabin atmosphere is truly great. Busy location at the time of our arrival 6:00pm on a Thursday evening. Server was very nice and efficient. We both had the trio, ribs-chicken-shrimp, same as the first time there. Food was tasty but this time it was barely warm. Overall experience was good as the first time.10% discount with CAA card.

We've been to Montanas several times in the past and most times it wasn't the best. Especially for the price. After their renovations and reopening, we visited for lunch. The new renovations were awesome, and the service was exceptional. I wish I knew who the server was. The price was so reasonable for the portion and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back.
