Vanessa, Christina and Rob have served us at Pur and Simple. They have always gone above and beyond in offering friendly, prompt service. The food is always exceptional.
Was a great experience. Stopped in for brunch on Sunday, was taken to an avalible table right away with our sever not far behind. We got served by Kevin, he was on top of everything and made the experience all that much better. My coffee never sat empty and he was always dropping by to check in. Food was great, I had the skillet with some added eggs and my gf had the Avocado toast. Presentation was well done and food tasted as good as it looked. Will definitely be a spot I suggest in the future

A year a go I would say this place is awesome but now it meh ?. Not sure if management or owner has changed, but the quality of food and service has went down. I had the pancakes, which were dry, and a smoothie with chunks and it was not very flavourful. My son had the burger and it was a sooty mess, he didn’t finish it. My husband had the standard breakfast and said it was “ok.” His eggs were over cooked, and the meat was dry along with his pancakes. It came to over $100 with tip. And the service was poor. The training might not be there, but I had to ask for utensils while are food was already served.
