OK pizza - it was fine & made with care. Certainly nothing special & I wouldn't buy their bit about premium ingredients. It's the same stuff @ Dominoes. But at least Dominoes doesn't serve 1/2 melted margarine in one of those little white plastic 2oz cups & call it Special Garlic Dipping Sauce! It was the nastiest @#$% I've ever dipped my crust in. Nothing premium about that! Don't buy lies & don't get fooled by negligent marketing that assumes you're a dummy! Go elsewhere✌️

Placed the order through door dash. Even though the service was quick, the driver placed the chicken wings on top of the pizza so the oil had spilled on the pizza box. Luckily it didn’t get into the pizza box. Also, why don’t you seal your boxes? There is no guarantee our foods haven’t been tampered with. It doesn’t cost too much to invest in the safety and hygiene of your food. Pizza and chicken was great by the way.

I love Papa John's. I am a fairly regular customer. I hadn't been there since Christmas, which is unusual. So I thought Valentines looked like a good time to return. I called to place my order. To my surprise, no one answered the phone. That was a first. So I went inside. A very exhausted looking young man came out to greet me. This was not the usual camaraderie that I was used to seeing when I would go there. He was clearly trying to find a minute to grab some lunch, and suddenly, I understood why the phone was not answered. So I asked him if he was working all alone and he said, "Yes, every day." I immediately felt badly for him. One of the busiest pizza days of the year and he was working alone. There was no one there to help him, nor even just to talk to. So I couldn't rate the service, nor the atmosphere, as highly as I would normally, because this man couldn't be the effective team member he normally would be. There was no atmosphere, it was just eerily quiet and still. No staff members hollering to one another, helping one another, laughing with one another. It was so sad to see. He did the best he could that day, and he made me some beautiful pizzas, even though he was feeling pretty low. So do better, Papa John's. Support your staff. No staff member should ever work alone in this crazy world.

I order my food at 4:42 pm was to be deliver at 5:17-5:27 at 5:35 got message was out for delivery, I live less than 5 min away, called the store at west Saint John at 5:50 said they didn’t have many delivery drivers, who responsible for that, not me. Food arrived at 6:08, of course it was cold, had to heat up as it was out for delivery for 33min and I am 5 min away. Very bad service and I am a regular, and don’t normally complain.

Pizza and garlic fingers are the go to here with extra donair sauces on the side because their containers are small. Just make sure you have your extra dipping sauce before leaving as there have been a few times it's been forgotten. I still keep coming back though because the food is good. Would recommend.
Parking: Lots of free parking, handicap parking as well.
