I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Pita Pit location. On two separate visits, the female employee was disrespectful and dismissive towards me due to my deafness. She refused to communicate with me directly, instead focusing on my girlfriend.
To make matters worse, when I returned to the store at 8 pm to place an order, the same employee told me that they couldn't accommodate my request for a toasted pita, citing that it was almost closing time (8:30 pm). I found this excuse to be unacceptable, especially since the store doesn't close until 9 pm.
The employee's attitude and behavior were unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of my abilities. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of my expectations.
In my opinion, the employee's behavior was so unacceptable that I believe she should be fired. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect and disdain. I hope the management takes my complaint seriously and takes immediate action to address this issue.

Dietary restrictions: Simply tell them about any diet restrictions and they'll happily oblige.
Parking: About 10 spots.
Kid-friendliness: No issue with bringing your kids in, although I'm unaware if they have kids meals.

Lady serving me had a nasty attitude, rice not properly cooked asked for a bit more sauce and she added way to much to with bad attitude
This past Monday evening (Easter Monday 2024) at approximately 9pm, I attended this location and ordered a black bean rice bowl. There were two staff members present, one serving another customer and a second staff member whom came out of the back room that took and prepared my order and cash payment. I thanked him and went home to eat my black bean / veg rice bowl. Within the hour I began to get severe cramps that lasted all night. What followed the debilitating cramps was 3+ hours of the absolute worst pain, diarrhea and projectile vomiting I’ve ever experienced. It was clear I had food poisoning. :-(
