Ordered two chicken bruschetta pitas that were overloaded with sauce that we couldn’t eat, it was so gross. When I called I was told that, that’s what happens when it gets soggy after 5-10 minutes. I explained that was not the issue and that there was more sauce than toppings. I was told “sorry”. Never offered to remake them and pick them up or a refund & pitas are in the garbage…

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Pita Pit location. On two separate visits, the female employee was disrespectful and dismissive towards me due to my deafness. She refused to communicate with me directly, instead focusing on my girlfriend.
To make matters worse, when I returned to the store at 8 pm to place an order, the same employee told me that they couldn't accommodate my request for a toasted pita, citing that it was almost closing time (8:30 pm). I found this excuse to be unacceptable, especially since the store doesn't close until 9 pm.
The employee's attitude and behavior were unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of my abilities. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of my expectations.
In my opinion, the employee's behavior was so unacceptable that I believe she should be fired. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect and disdain. I hope the management takes my complaint seriously and takes immediate action to address this issue.

Dietary restrictions: Simply tell them about any diet restrictions and they'll happily oblige.
Parking: About 10 spots.
Kid-friendliness: No issue with bringing your kids in, although I'm unaware if they have kids meals.
