I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed. I ordered a pizza , and it was made very less cheese, which completely ruined the meal. When I called to report the issue, the staff I spoke with were extremely rude and unhelpful.
I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did expect a basic level of quality and respectful customer service. I think your staff should be reminded about the importance of treating customers with respect.

Called to place an order as I very much enjoy Pizza Delight West to be told they do not deliver uptown and to call north. Upon calling north they informed me they do not have delivery tonight. Wow sincerely one disappointed customer

Pizza is always good, order from there often. The price is very reasonable especially in these times. The only complaint I have is it was overcooked a couple of times.

Not very much sauce, not very much meat on an all star pizza and the crust was thin as paper and crust around was the edge so thin it didn’t exist .

I ordered 2 donairs last night at the west side store. They were not great. We shared one and threw the other one in the garbage. When I was waiting for my order there was a mouse in the restaurant and the place was full of house flies. Didn’t seem to bother the guy that was serving me but I won’t be back. Third time I gave them a chance I won’t be back.

15" Pizza & 3 toppings plus 9" Garlic fingers with a lasagna. Lasagna was burnt on top with a long piece of plastic in the cheese. Pizza dough was completely raw and doughy inside. Found a white, jagged piece of plastic in the pizza that I bit into!! Couldn't eat our pizza due to it being raw and foreign objects being placed in it. Not sure what the hell is going on here but I'd never eat here again if you paid me! I'll be sure to let everyone know too.
