First pizza was raw, not cooked , caller complained about that. The second pizza had piece of the cheese bag in it. Gross wish I could load picture . Domino's 100 thousand times better.

There was literally hair on my pizza, I told my order, they gave me the exact opposite, bad service, when I told them to change it to the correct order, they didn’t even respond.

Recently ordered from the Rothesay Avenue location in Saint John. Husband went to pick it up. Two girl employees making pizzas without gloves on, hands all over the food. Please train your employees about proper ways to handle food when preparing it for customers. I don’t want to eat food prepared by someone who is not wearing gloves. And I’m sure no one else does either.

First I'd like to say Eythan in thunder bay, you have excellent customer service skills. The pizza hut store on rothesay is TERRIBLE!!! Ordered 4 pizza's all to be cooked well done, none of which were barely cooked. We even called while placing the order online to say we wanted them well done, and it even shows well done on the receipt. Called back and all they will do is give a discount on a future order. Like I actually care to order again. People work hard for their money and to have it wasted like this is completely unacceptable. To pay almost $60 for almost raw dough and food that's not edible is so frustrating.
