I have been a huge pizza hut fan for as long as I have been ordering pizza. I have to say I will not be doing so any more. Not only did prices go up but now you have to pay extra for a recipe pizza where you didnt have to before. I wouldn't mind maybe if every thing else went down like customer service, delivery times and quality but now you spend way more money on things you didn't have to before.

I've been ordering pizza from this store for decades. After a point of sale upgrade at the store every time I've ordered, and I'm talking 20+ orders I have to basically argue with the staff to get a topping added to a pizza combo. It's bacon. Yes I'm serious. Imagine being told you can't have the topping you're asking for because we can't find a button to do it. It's not even that they can't, it's that the staff literally doesn't know how. I know it's there, I've seen the manager do it every single time I've asked for this topping but every time the manager isn't there, sorry, can't do it. It's a topping. You're a pizza place.
EDIT: I'm not changing my review because that happened but I'm happy to make this edit just to say that they finally added a way for me to get bacon on my cheesy bread. Thank you.

I’ve had a pretty good experience at the store. The staff I met were so helpful and sweet.
I placed an order on the mobile app and included all of my after information including apartment and buzzer numbers. We waited for over an hour after the app showed my order was completed (it never showed out was out for delivery). I finally called the restaurant and was told they waited outside my apartment building for 20 minutes and tried to call several times. I never got a phone call (number was correct on the app) and told me that I didn’t include an apartment number or buzzer number. They said if I wanted to send my now cold order out for delivery again, I’d have to pay another delivery fee. Awful service.

Waited over an hour for the delivery guy to make some excuse they were waiting for 20 minutes at our place, we were just down walking the dog outside of our place…so that was a lie. Then they said we didn’t include an apartment number…also a lie on the app it clearly had it. Zero stars for customer service. Will never order from them in Saint John ever again.

I used to come to Pizza Hut every Sunday for lunch, but after what I saw today, I’ll never be back. The server was mixing pizza toppings with her bare hands. Then she rinsed her hand for literally one second, took a customer’s order, handled cash, and went right back to mixing toppings with the same unwashed hand. That means whatever germs were on those dollar bills went straight into the food. Absolutely disgusting. This is not just unprofessional, it’s unsafe. I’m done with this place, and I hope the manager actually does something about it before more people get sick.

Made right, good deals online and staff is nice.
I went to pick up my order and specifically asked the cashier if the dip was in the pizza box. He said yes. When I opened the box at home, there was no dip. It’s even on my receipt and paid for, and I asked about it at pickup. Really disappointed

My pizza was terrible, the crust was like cardboard and the chicken wings were half of the size of my little finger. Terrible service terrible food and the worst experience I've ever had had to take a place

I’ve managed multiple franchised pizza locations so I understand firsthand the level of effort it takes to maintain consistency across service and product. That’s exactly why I think it’s worth recognizing what this location is doing right.
Over the last 9-10 orders I’ve placed here, the quality has been impressively consistent — not just in the food itself, but in the overall experience. From the pizza to the sides, everything has been well-prepared, fresh, and packaged with care. That kind of reliability is rare in this industry and speaks volumes about the internal standards you’ve clearly put in place.
The staff has also been a steady presence — familiar faces, always polite, efficient, and focused. They may not be the most talkative crew, but they Hustle and I respect that. Maybe a bit more customer engagement or banter during slower moments wouldn’t hurt, but overall, the flow is smooth.
Out of all my visits, only one order didn’t quite hit the mark — and even then, I wouldn’t call it a failure. It was a timed order, and based on the texture and temperature, I’d guess it was made too early and sat a bit too long. It wasn’t a major issue, just one of those things when timing doesn’t line up perfectly. If you’re not already using heat racks, it might be something to consider —
All that said, I think this team should be proud. The consistency, the attention to detail, the efficiency — it all adds up to a location that’s not just surviving in this market, but actively staying competitive. I honestly wonder if some of the other shops in the area realize they’re up against a team that actually delivers.

First pizza was raw, not cooked , caller complained about that. The second pizza had piece of the cheese bag in it. Gross wish I could load picture . Domino's 100 thousand times better.
There was literally hair on my pizza, I told my order, they gave me the exact opposite, bad service, when I told them to change it to the correct order, they didn’t even respond.
Food was delicious and fresh !
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Store was very clean.
Tasty pizza 🍕
