I specifically requested a well-done pizza, but what I received was undercooked and not edible. I called to get it replaced, and it took over an hour before the replacement finally arrived. By that time, the experience was already ruined. For a simple order, I expected much better service and quality. Very disappointing.

Was not happy with the customer service. The lady who took our order did not tell us about the deal on the large pizza. We ordered a large pizza for ourselves for $22.99 where as the deal was large pizza plus the cheese sticks in $19.99. Later other customers came and the other guy on the cash counter helped them upgrade their pizza with a deal. When we asked to upgrade our order because technically we were paying more, the person flatly refused. We felt ripped off. The staff requires appropriate training.. not coming back here.

Quick & fast delivery via Door dash, Skip and Uber eats. I've ordered from this location a couple of times. Pizzas have arrived correctly and hot. I'd say it's a reliable product and there are some good deals/savings to be found if you search them out. I have not physically visited the store yet so can't really comment on that.
