My order is over one hour late and when I called I was advised that it was sent out 20 minutes previously so obviously it’s going to arrive ice cold not very satisfactory and I got s different reasons why the order was late from two different people. Extremely disappointed as I have eaten from here many times, but this was my first time ordering, and will certainly not be doing it in future.

Nice place, loved the affogato when I was there. The only downside was the cashier seemed to be acting condescendingly with my friend when he didn’t know what an affogato/gelato was. The rest was wonderful.

Update: They provided me an email and i emailed them the issue i faced, i didnt even receive any acknowledgement or any reply. Guess they show they care but actually dont.

Ordered delivery online and was sure to type in the floor and room number of the hotel I am staying in. It was somehow not noted but I kinda figured when I received the text that is was arriving soon, so I went to the lobby to meet the driver. Apparently I just missed her by one minutes but pizza was ice cold! The restaurant is only 5 mins from hotel so, not sure how that happened.Online there was no option to modify food. At the end, under the comment section for staff, asked for no goat cheese on my salad. Called to ensure it went through and they sounded annoyed but they said it did.Salad showed up with a LOT of goat cheese. No forks, no napkins.Vegan cheese on pizza not at all melted and crust was soggy.Also, FYI, they use Door Dash for delivery.Overall quite disappointed, considering reviews are so positive.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

For the past 8 years Ive traveled to Moncton for work, and in that time this isn’t just the best pizza I’ve had there but the best meal period.Great pizzas, the classic pepperoni with Hot Honey is a great way to start, and the chicken pesto makes a great non tomato based pie.Tip, these are 4 healthy slice pizzas, very close to personal size, so make sure you order enough.
