I have gone in a few times now this Christmas to buy the eggnog beans. Sometimes I get a free cup of coffee and sometimes the staff tell me no. I have asked at both the East Point location and the King Street East location and both are the same. So which is it??? You do get a free cup when you buy a bag of beans or you don’t!!! Does it depend on the day, the staff, they pick at a whim if it’s a yes or no??? Why is there no consistency!!?? It’s poor service and the staff show be on the same page.

This is a great place to chill for a decent cup of coffee and a snack. The best part is that it’s connected to Indigo Books. I love being able to browse the bookstore and then stop here or being able to get a drink first and then walk around the store afterwords.

Absurdly slow service. I have had slow service frequently but this last time took the cake. It wasn’t busy and there were 4 staff. I was the only customer at the counter, and there were maybe 4 cars in the drive through. How do I know how many cars were in the drive thru? Because they were all served and gone, there was no car at the window, and still nobody had even started my coffee. Finally someone started it, but they were out of cream in cartons and the dispenser needed to be changed. I was only told what the holdup was a couple minutes later. Then when the cream dispenser was changed, it looked like there was another problem, maybe with the hot water. Another minute or two to hand me my coffee. Without the cream. This process took about 20 minutes.

Such lovely staff! And delicious coffee. I got a decaf and it tastes like a dark roast btw. They offer a few gluten-free bakery goodies (They call them "wheat-free") And a vegan cookie or two? CHEERS!
Love there coffee when it's right but this place is so inconsistent. Grabbed 3 dark coffees and took back to the job site, I don't believe they changed the grinds as the coffees were very weak like tea with milk. I brought it to there attention and they decided to not correct the issue.

Excellent customer service and second cup has the best pistachio lattes by far out of any coffee place. The staff made me my latte very kindly after I messed up my mobile order. Will be back to pay my dues for many more pistachio treats! :)

Great coffee great menu. They need more sitting places. Because it is joined with Indigo it would be nice to have a bigger sitting area where you can enjoy a coffee and read
