EXTREMELY slow. One person is making all of the walk in and mobile order drinks. It was busy and there was other staff that could have been allocated to help. I waited 20 MINUTES for an iced coffee. I will not be back to this location.

This is an edited review. Use to be 4* now it's a 1. Two drinks. Took 24minutes. One customer infront of us. I can understand that drivethru takes priority. But the 8 (which grew to 14) non-picked up mobile orders that were there before we walked in and were still there as we were leaving. Music was hilariously loud, like bar on a Saturday night loud. Tldr. Service was insanely slow, atmosphere sucked, workers had zero instore priority.

Really really bad service. I’ve never been to a Starbucks so slow or one that so actively ignores customers. If you’re slow, at least acknowledge people standing there and acknowledge the wait. I’m glad I’m not in SJ as often anymore because this was atrocious. I don’t recommend coming here if you actually want to be served in a timely manner, even if you apply a loose definition of that.
