I took a photo of my cup with sticker to confirm that I’m not crazy and had to confirm the initial time of my first beverage to my next 2, I’m now waiting 13 minutes from my order being fully placed and paid and yet 7 cars have gone through the drive through with larger orders. The cost of the Starbucks products is a little bit on the pricey level, for what it really is, and they should consider more staff. The staff here are fairly friendly and did apologize for the wait time, but this wait time is insane, so much for being conscious of the environment, and choosing to walk inside for my order….

Just wanted to share my own experience at Starbucks as a visitor from another province. I love their coffee (that goes without saying) but I was more impressed with the extremely professional and courteous service I received from an employee named Starr (I believe) .....what an appropriate name! She went above and beyond by not only providing prompt friendly service, but also assisted me as a tourist. I was impressed and hope to let the manager know personally about their lovely employee(s).

My partner and I frequently go to this Starbucks. Everyone there is always friendly. Except last week. A women, who we were told is named "Star"(who knows if that's the truth), was beyond rude and miserable. We could tell from the moment she spoke to us in the drive-through that she was in a bad mood, not willing to help us with our order. When we got to the window, I received a hot chocolate which I tried and it tasted very watery. My partner kindly asked that they just add a pump of mocha to it. She tried to argue that they put enough in and she just kept repeating that it's "made with milk and mocha!". Which I just again asked for her to add more. My partner then got his iced coffee, he asked for cream and regular simple syrup. When he tried it they hadn't put any syrup in it. When he told her they hadn't put any into the coffee and asked her to add the syrup she said "No I don't think so" and walked away from the window. Another gentleman came along and gave me the hot chocolate. We asked him for syrup, he added it no problem. Told us her name is "Star" and we left. I've never had such a horrible experience at a Starbucks. You're paying 5/6 dollars for a drink and if they don't make it right, just fix the mistake. She has an attitude, she's rude and just seems like a downright ugly human inside.

Went to enjoy some drinks with my favourite London Fog tea and egg bites and caught up on some work whilst enjoying drinks. Staff are efficient and friendly and this location is very clean and well maintained

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the young man at the window last night around 6 pm. My daughter had a tough day and was crying. He took the time to talk to her and ask what was wrong and then brought her a muffin. It was very sweet of him and certainly brightened her day. Thank you so much. ❤️

I love studying in this location, the workers are so nice, and they always have a good environment , clean as well, my coffee is always perfect! I wanted to take a minute appreciate the workers they do such a good job♥️

(My first bad experience in my 4 years of being a Starbucks customer!!)My dragon drink with coconut milk tasted great! The problem is i got food poisoning today had to leave work after two hours and had the worst pain feeling of my life; nauseous, washroom problems, severe pain and feeling weak. I didn't know if they made it with lemonade and milk which seemed to be what curled my stomach its now been 9 hours and i still dont feel well i havent even been able to eat once today because my stomach cramps and curls when i try, i ate 1bean today.? So please be more sanitary and careful with how ur making the drinks/food. I will of course be back because i love my Starbucks but if it happens again idk if ill want to take that chance. Thanks for reading my review and i hope everyone learns something ?
