We were so lucky to get the last four buckets of steamers today. We love Steamers Restaurant and highly recommend this restaurant to locals and cruisers. We love cruising to Canada so we can dine here.
We are neighbors. This is our go to favorite in Uptown Saint John. The Management and serving team work together in the best environment. The food is always delicious. LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT Steamers Lobster Company!
Fantastic host who allowed us (BC travellers) to sit on patio with our dogs until they opened. Great seafood selection - we both had Captain Plates- and awesome service. Loved the inside theme. Highly recommend! Bought the first shirt.
Good taste of the maritimes
Great food in a friendly atmosphere!!
Food was ok but not enough seafood for me. It is mostly fries. But the service and atmosphere really good.
My first day during work trip to Saint John I stumbled across this place. I am glad I stopped because not only was the food really good, but the staff was so friendly and welcoming!
Good lobster rolls!

Great local place with very good fish and chips. A good spot of a bite near the cruise port.

Service was great. Atmosphere great. Beer selection great. But the food was very bland and seemed like oil in fryers was old. The clam chowder I did not like at all. I did not complain as we all have different tastes.

We were in town for a romantic getaway and Steamers was recommended by our hotel staff so we were excited to have some great seafood. However we were greatly disappointed in both our food and our service. Perhaps it was because we were there in the evening after a cruise ship departed? Our lobster poutine didn't have much flavor and the lobster was rather chewy. Hubby had the bacon wrapped scallops. I have had better scallops from Sam's club. Super chewy and stringy. My lobster roll was also rather chewy. Our waitress came across as not really wanting to be there. I felt this was more of a tourist trap for people who maybe never had seafood before. There are better options in town than this one.

I had a terrific meal there. Shrimp and the snow crab. They made a small error with my main and then immediately fixed it and removed my beer from the bill as an apology. Brilliant service. Great business. Highly recommend it
