Shane was an awesome sever. After telling me that there had been no steamers for two months, he later shared that there was a limited batch, and he was able to serve me a bucket of steamers after I had already had a bucket of mussels! That was this seafood lovers dream lunch! I got to see a 6 Pound Lobster too! What a treat.

My family and I ate there this weekend while docked during a cruise. Great and easy location, amazing food. I got the lobster roll and it’s a 10/10. super friendly staff too, one of the waiter let me touch a live lobster. Would go again if we come back!

Absolutely some of the Best seafood I’ve ever eaten. The Lobster Rolls (Connecticut Style with warm butter…yummy & Maine Style with Mayonnaise) are amazing. I’ve eaten Lobster Rolls in Maine, but the one at Steamers is better than what I ate in Bar Harbor, Maine. Appetizers were awesome. We got shrimp cocktail, bacon wrapped scallops, and coconut shrimp. We also got onion rings. Had a chicken wrap, Connecticut Lobster Roll, and a seafood platter (lobster tail, salmon, scallops, shrimp, and jasmine rice. The entire staff was personable, friendly, exceptional and professional service. Wait time for food was excellent and food was prepared deliciously. Absolutely without hesitation, if I’m ever in the area, I would eat at Steamers Lobster Company again and again. Go Vols!

Service and atmosphere were great.
Great disappointment on the food. We had the chilled seafood tower. Nothing tasted fresh and everything was overcooked. Lobster meat was completely tasteless and rubbery. Snow crab was cooked to high hell, dry and absolutely tasteless. Mussels same story.
What a shame of a restaurant to call themself steamers when they could barely steam anything proper.
Saving grace was the fries, well seasoned but that was it. Absolutely not worth your hard earn money, head back to your cruise for free lunch.

Visited from Pennsylvania was on the royal Caribbean cruise, and we never actually got to eat but we sat at the bar and enjoyed a few delicious beers. Chuck you are awesome!! And even the rest of the staff we got to chat with! Awesome place!
