Perect place to have a sandwich while your phone charges. As long as you bring your own plug in amd cord. Two known seattings. Looking forward to eating there again.

Extremely friendly respectful staff willing to help you with anything that you needed service a plus respect all the way
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian wraps subs and soup options the do not contain any meat
Parking: Only a handful of parking spots in front of the restaurant not many at all there is a parking garage up the road but it is one that you have to pay for also the parking has to be paid for you have to buy a ticket and display it in your windshield no ticket you'll get a fine that you will have to pay

As always the app kinda acted weird and two orders went through one in Lansdowne and one in king Street.
I had contacted king Square subway and they were very nice about it and cancelled my order for me.
I might be changing my default location for subway to kings square just with this experience .
Keep up the good work guys.
And Subway corporation need to FIX their Application BIG TIME. it's so slow and LAGGy.

So so so disappointed. Ordered food for my daughter and I while we are at a dance competition, and ubable to leave. Not only did we not recieve our order at all, they sent us the someone else's. When I asked for a refund though skip it was not available. (They shouldn't blame skip, they are not the ones hanging it over the counter)
After trying 3.. THREE times to get it rectified. And every time during the chat, got disconnected.
We ended up trying to eat probably the most gross sub I've ever seen. I spent 45$ to subway for absolutely nothing at all.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Unacceptable. And in a world where everything is so expensive, absolutely infuriating.

I have frequented this establishment many times but one singular employee's customer service was so terrible it has ruined the experience completely for me and makes me never want to eat here again. This person rudely told me and 2 friends had to order or get out before we even got to sit down, I told him I was going to order but I still need time to figure out what I wanted, not even 2 minutes later he said the exact same thing to us. I order and payed for my food. the guy then still told my friends they had to order or leave. We tried to explain that I was the only one who wanted food and that we wouldn't be long but the guy told them that they had to leave. My friend was going to order but he changed his mind because he was so rude! Lesson learned never to go subway with friends! At that time I lost interest in my food and left my food there.
Everything was great with the exception that they have a sign posted, stating that patrons have a 45 minute time limit to eat. I paid money here, I should be able to spend as much time here as I want? What if I'm a slow eater?The staff was superb but the cheapness on display really tanked the rating.
Vegetarian options: I got a vegetarian sub and it was delicious, they have a veggie lovers sub, and you can also just get a sub without any meat.
