I have been to other subways but,Terrible experience at this Subway. I ordered a footlong and a 6-inch with different breads and regular toppings. Pretty simple, but the staff clearly didn’t care. Both subs came out with the same bread, and the toppings were so minimal it felt like they were doing me a favor by adding anything at all.

I would never order from here again

I made a subway order at 4:00 through the subway app, to pick up for 5:30. I ordered 3 foot long subs order was 55 dollars that’s an expensive subway order. At 5:22 8 minutes before pick up my order was canceled. I work in the mall very busy it was a Saterday the day before Easter I really hadn’t had time to eat all day so I was hungry. but Confused and a little upset I walk over to the subway to ask cause it was gonna be a pick up order. I said hello but before I could even finish saying hello, the lady there firmly tells me they don’t have any bread. The mall closes at 6. I said placed an order at 4:00 for pickup at 5:30. Have you been out of bread since 4 and she says uh uh ya. So they didn’t have bread for 2 hours. Or they did and didn’t bother to save 3 for an order that was payed for in advance or even take the time to make 3 breads for an order payed for. Cause then she tells me she had her boss cancel any orders after 5 I still made it for 4 so there was an hour and a half to put 3 breads in the oven at least for a pre paid order. But they always seem unhappy and give dirty looks or annoyed when making your food. I’m not asking for golden service just the bare minimum of what you would get at subway. I don’t order a lot but when I do there’s always something but this was just frustrating.

I've been there yesterday, and the girl who made my sub has a pretty good smile, and the sub was also super good .i been to other locations also, but over here everything from food to serve and Atmosphere everything was excellent.

Me and 4 of my guys went to get subs, and they told us they only had 4 buns left, so we ended up ordering the 4 subs. While we were eating, there were at least 3 more people that came and got a sub, so I confronted her. She claimed it was for the security guys in the mall. It did not look like a security guard and was wearing sandals in the middle of the winter.
so disrespectful and frustrating . They will never see me there again

Worker was absolutely horrible! I asked for a steak sub and she made an egg sandwich. When I corrected her she got defensive and claimed I ordered egg. I explained I’m allergic to eggs and would never order eggs. I then asked for a little lettuce and she put handfuls of lettuce on in a spiteful manner. It was ridiculous! She then started talking to her coworker about how I changed my mind which never happened. She really needs an attitude adjustment, if you hate your job that much than find a new one!
