Worker was absolutely horrible! I asked for a steak sub and she made an egg sandwich. When I corrected her she got defensive and claimed I ordered egg. I explained I’m allergic to eggs and would never order eggs. I then asked for a little lettuce and she put handfuls of lettuce on in a spiteful manner. It was ridiculous! She then started talking to her coworker about how I changed my mind which never happened. She really needs an attitude adjustment, if you hate your job that much than find a new one!

The new menu is really interesting. Prices are up but so is the quality. The manager at Subway St.John is a rockstar so maybe that's why it seems so good.

So rude behaviour, i also work in food sector so I know how to greet a customer but the lady who was serving me was so rude . I was talking with her in a polite manner . I don’t know why she was angry on me.This kind of behaviour with a customer is

Ordered a foot long Chicken Bacon on flatbread pressed....anyways get the sub bring it back to find the white paper is not in the wrapper and bread not cut and stuck to the subway wrapper...had to peel it off my bread what would come off and would have ended up having to eat with a fork because there was more subway wrapper stuck to the bread....went in the garbage...sent a message and was told basically should have said something when they were making it....well cannot see when they are wrapping the sub also that when pressed it is messier....well have ordered this multiple times and NEVER in the state this one was in....posted a photo...pretty sure not how it is supposed to look like.

The staff are not welcoming. They slammed tools on the table. When I got my sandwich, they pushed my sandwich to me aggressively. I said thank you, then she ignored me and rolled her eyes at me. Terrible service, sad atmosphere, do not recommend.

The girl who served me didn’t change her gloves until I mentioned it, when she did she got snarky, she gave me a different bread then I asked for and put stuff I didn’t like on it and toasted it even though I told her I didn’t want it

Dealt with this subway yesterday, and will not be returning ever. This used to be a great subway. But the employee I dealt with was rude and slammed stuff while he served me. He put less then a spoonful of shredded cheese on my foot long sub. Barely any you could see and when I asked for more. He snapped at me and said, gonna cost extra. And when I asked how much, he got annoyed and said a buck 40. Worst customer service from subway in my life.This was at 142 pm May 24th. I'm putting the time stamp so hopefully the manager can stop this toxic individual from ruining someone else's day.

Staff are awesome and food was delicious.

Didn't give me the right sized wrap, not enough veggies or sauce. Bad service.
