Usual Subway food choice and prices. Place is clean, service is fast and friendly, and food is fresh. :)

Rude staff and weird washroom policy. As a delivery person went to pick up an order and asked if they can open washroom, the staff said it is only for customer. We delivery person are delivering for customer, we are human being too, and deserve proper respect and treatment.

Person serving me couldn’t understand when I said no 5 times to being toasted and ask a few times what kind of sub I wanted, then he put minimal vegetables and mayo on my sub, never going back

I came in for a veggie sub and, as I always do, asked for pickles. The employee put about 6–7 slices on, which barely seemed like a regular amount. When I asked for a bit more, I was told there would be an extra charge because they “follow a formula.”
I’ve ordered veggie subs at many different Subway locations and never once have I been told I’d be charged extra for asking for little more pickles. It’s a basic topping — not meat, not cheese — and on a $9+ sandwich that’s literally just vegetables, that kind of response feels ridiculous.
To top it off, all the veggies were skimpy — not just the pickles. If you’re going to charge full price for a veggie-only sub, the least you can do is not be stingy with the vegetables.
I understand policies, but this just felt cheap and inflexible. If this is how this location operates, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Other Subways manage to be reasonable — this one didn’t.

Disappointing experience at Subway Bayside. Ordered a footlong sandwich, but the chicken was unevenly spread with large gaps of no meat. When I asked for the sandwich to be properly covered, they offered to weigh the chicken or charge an extra $2 for more, which felt unreasonable for just wanting a complete sandwich. Additionally, the tables were visibly dirty, which made the dining area unappealing. Needs improvement in customer service and cleanliness. As per photo lettuce was also not fresh and had to ask for fresh lettuce 🥬 from back as it was all going brown.

I just ordered veggie patty, after 20 minutes of waiting, and it’s almost frozen inside, though it went into toast!
If you’re busy, we respectfully wait, doesn’t mean you’re allowed to give cold frozen sandwich to people!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beyond slow drive thru. Don't come here if your short on time. Takes over 20 minutes before even taking your order with no other cars
The best part about this Subway is service from the employees of this restaurant. They displayed patience during our order. Even we had difficulty in processing our gift card, these two guys didn’t hesitated a bit to try multiple times. Both of them were multitasking with in-store walk-in and drive through. Order from app 2 subway deal and it applied the deal so I wanted to cancel the order but staff made arguments with me and asked me to cancel the order even though, there's no option in app that I told them many time, and Didn't care to answer the phone call and manager only answere text msg when she's not there , didn't trained staff how to cancel order, atleast trained one of your staff how to talk to customer respectfully instead of rudely.

Absolutely gross the bread is soggy and gross never going back just to throw it out a waste of money
I don't know his name but went to subway on bayside drive today and the guy who took our order i think was the best employee at any fast food restaurant i have ever been to. he was patient kind and was very sincerely apologetic when i had to wait to order because he was busy with a customer inside. wish i knew his name but he deserves a raise

Cross contamination of products is quite extensive. When the worker was putting in cucumbers, there was onions and i asked it to be taken out, but the whole sub tastes like onions. While not a terrible situation, if you ask for something to not be included in a sub, and it tastes like it was included, thats a problem. Especially if there is an allergy present. Good thing i didnt ask for gluten free because it would have been contaminated seeing how the cucumbers were contaminated with onions.
