Pre-ordered my order. I was the only one is the store. Employee stay in back of store for 20 minutes knowing I was sitting there waiting. Didn't even ask if he could help me. Then 2 people came in the store. He immediately went to serve them. Then I was served. This was in Saint John. On City road. Very disappointed with the service. The sub sat there and bread got soggy.

I came here right before heading back to my hotel for the night.The service was quick and great. My sub tasted great.I recommend this Subway if it's the evening and you're staying at a hotel.

The lady that made my sandwich really took her time and actually cared about how the sub was put together, and didn’t just throw it together to get me out of there, she cooked the bacon took it out and she was not satisfied with how it turned out so she put it back in the oven, when at any other subway they would have just thrown it on the sub either way. great customer service! Definitely recommend going here, I should have got her name.
