i went to subway in north end saint john, the girls make the sub perfectly, i got the guy, I always get the pizza sub, this guy put 5 slices of pepperoni on a 12-inch sub. I told him you're going to be that cheap on pepperoni that I'm paying $12 , told him never mind and and walked away while he was laughing at me, great customer service lol, lost my business,

The worst and most pathetic subs we’ve ever eaten…. My sub had 1 single pickle, ONE SINGLE PICKLE. My boyfriends that’s in the picture had a sprinkle of each veggie,
I’ve never in my life received a sub with almost no ingredients, where’s my handful of lettuce? 😂 $20 for a piece of bread basically. I’m still in disbelief.

The service was quick, and the staff were friendly and polite. The sandwich was made fresh, and the ingredients seemed reasonably fresh as well. The place was clean, though nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick meal if you’re in the mood for a typical Subway experience.
Chill employee. Took my drive thru order even though I wasn’t in a car.

I do not recommend coming here. A sprinkle of lettuce? and can’t get more put on? I paid for extra and got not even a regular portion. Change your ridiculous policy. I ordered online for pickup and they didn’t even know about my order at all until i arrived. Won’t be back 👎👎

You cant post with out giving 1 star and they deserve NO stars this is the worst subway I have been in to .
Ordered a 6” cold cut for lunch and requested olives.
Employee put 3 olives on. Advised not to be shy and add more, and they doubled the amount to 6 pieces of olive. Not sure who sets the minimum standard on olives but this seemed ridiculous.
When I asked for more they pointed to a sign that says they have the right to refuse to 2x ingredients.
Asked if I I’m understanding the “rules” correctly and if I could pay extra. They advised they do not “have a button for that” and there’s nothing I or they could do to get the sandwich to my level of satisfaction.
If I wasn’t in a rush with my daughter, I would have walked out with half the sandwiches made and left them with the cost.
You’ve lost a customer over this ridiculous penny pinching.

The service was fast and food hot.
Go here weekly!! Treat me like family, always friend.
There's an sandwich artist there who advised me to put my green peppers and onions on before toasting. It was the BEST ADVICE I've ever received in a decade of going to subway. Tis delicious. 🤤
Ordered at the drive thru as the restaurant was closed (10:30). Menu board was broke and no lights, told it has been broke 2 weeks. I said I would go elsewhere as I could not see menu. Decided on steak and bacon. 2 pieces of bacon and could barely see the steak at all. I did not ask for tomato, the whole experience and the food was a complete disaster. I will be going to talk them after work. This was Saint John North on landsdown
