Taco Boyz (Saint John East Point)

I am so disappointed in the service with this establishment. Online orders come first before customers in the store, and its not right. Walked in tonight and wasn't even greeted or spoken to for almost 10 minutes standing there. Not one other customer in the building other than myself and my boyfriend. If someone had of even said "one moment please" or something along those lines I wouldn't be writing this review. After standing there for the 10 minutes we decided to leave. We went straight to their competition "Hub burrito" and we were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service. We were greeted the second we walked in. It's clean and the presentation of food was incredible. I highly recommend going to Hub burrito instead.

Gross, dirtiest food service I’ve ever seen in my life. Huge lineup waiting for service while staff playing musical stations and having some kind of private discussions not related to work. I threw out my burrito after one bite. Shouldn’t have even taken a bite now I’m worried I’ll have food poisoning.

First visit, I got 2 tacos to go, they were bland , cold and underwhelming.

Waited 45 mins in store for a large nacho. Online orders were clearly the priority for staff.

Today we tried plant based chicken which is made out of soya. Really good alternative 😃 and delicious.

Tacos are real tacos unlike taco bell if youre willing to pay the price. Nachos has enough stuff on it but its all at the bottom because theres almost no cheese were left with half the chips after we scoop the bottom of the tray to find where the stuff is. If you like cheezy tacos no its not it.

The food was awesome & the service was good too.

Amazing experience every time! I don’t think I’ve eating any other fast food in months because I would far rather have this. I’ve tried just about every item on the menu and have never been disappointed. Obviously the best nachos in town😍!

I’ve eaten at various Toca Boyz for years. Today we ordered two burrito bowls which came to $28 yet contained virtually no food. More salsa than meat. More lettuce than rice. Completely overpriced for the portion provided.
