I love Tim's and have worked it . This is gross and bad management 😕 she did nit have a name tag on but dark hair and Indian I believe very pretty in manager uniform . Sad to see the skills don't match lol

What a refreshing experience for someone coming from the greater Toronto area where the customer service experience is disappointing at best. This is what Tim Horton’s should go back to.

I don’t know why i order here anymore. They never get my coffee right. I don’t even know why I pay for extra stuff in it when they are too lazy to put it in. I would prefer the tims on 39 King Street, but they don’t have any ice drinks. And I also noted on multiple occasions where the staffs are gossiping about other customers right in front of everyone. Something needs to be done about this.

The atmosphere is truly inviting and sets a relaxing mood. The quality of the items available is impressive and worth noting. The food is delicious and satisfying to the palate. Everything seems carefully selected and prepared with care. It's a delightful experience overall.

I went there three times today just to get a tea, and every time it was coffee. The workers do not understand a simple order for tea. Smh, I will never come back again, and I do not recommend this place.
Coming here in uptown Tims everyday and its such a disappointment to get terrible coffees in the evening most of the time. I always prefer to have less ice in the iced coffee. Every time i order it and the lady katrina gives me ton amount of ice. Again she is terribly rude. I had to come back every time to say hey i ordered less ice and she just somehow gives terrible rude look and removes ice cubes and just throw it in the serving counter. If you can’t be nice or kind and cant adjust just leave it. Why are you ruining the reputation? It takes time for her to understand simple english even that what I am saying. Except her and the lady with glasses, other crew member seems pretty nice to me and my friends. I have attached a photo. Ordered small iced coffee with less ice even after drinking half of the cup is still full of ice cubes though some got melted too lol
