The only downside is the area is a little more sketchy nowadays.. I've seen Security lately at peak times which is a good idea!

I've always love tim hortons as their iced coffee (I mostly drink ice no matter how cold) it is always less sweet than s*bucks and it is less acidic also their honey cruller are honestly the best chain donut in my world. I love it so much I had it everytime I'm in here which is often! Oh plus point is they have pretty fast wifi and their restroom are clean and well maintaned.
