Tried to purchase a bagel at 4pm and was told they do not toast or cook anything an hour before they close. Why have the items if you dont want to sell them. Highly disappointed in the service I was given. Will not be back. Did not purchase anything and left.

I’ll start by saying I visit this Tims every morning. Tiana, Jasper, MJ, Eric, Roger, Maggie (don’t see her too often) are amazing. Want to know who is the most amazing? The manager. Casey is awesome; he always has a smile on his face and I’ve never experienced seeing him cranky EVER. It’s refreshing to see a manager lead by example; im sure his positive attitude and sunny disposition rub off on his staff. I remember the store had an event that had some Sesame characters and Casey was so kind to give my granddaughter a very special balloon.
Enough about the staff haha, their mocha ice coffee is the breakfast of champions and is consistently made well.

Hi Tim Hortons McCallister It use to be my favorite Tim Hortons in Saint John New Brunswick. But now you changed the staff I get my tea wrong twice now and my Quencher wrong as well. I like the old crew that was there before Shari Skrumeda

Would never recommend any Tim's. This is not the restaurant I grew up going to. Coffee is not what it use to be, food is not good and the atmosphere is not inviting.
There is no customer service, that is a thing of the past.
I don't appreciate ordering coffee and see my coffee cups picked up by fingers inside the cups I'm going to be drinking from.
90% of the time I'm bringing something back because my order is not correct and then made to feel like I'm an inconvenience for bring it to their attention.
My days of going to any Tim Hortons are done.
I don't expect perfection but this is definitely not acceptable.

Tim Hortons in Quispamsis is a 24 hour operation yet they never have many donuts around 9pm. if an establishment is open 24 hours, they should have what they advertise...terrible location. We have twice in the last week left without a purchase because they're too lazy or cheap to have items available.
