I’ll start by saying I visit this Tims every morning. Tiana, Jasper, MJ, Eric, Roger, Maggie (don’t see her too often) are amazing. Want to know who is the most amazing? The manager. Casey is awesome; he always has a smile on his face and I’ve never experienced seeing him cranky EVER. I stopped in at the drive through to grab a quick dinner while running errands.
I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful response from the male employee working the drive through window.

I have had better services at other Tims location. The order was pretty simple and straightforward. A customised bagel sandwich, which was not upto the mark or their standard. Donuts were good as they are ready to go. Can do better. Service was good, it’s just the quality of food.
