Flatbread pizza was hard as a rock on bottom...slimmy on top. Had a bad taste for whatever reason ...too much money for low grade pizza. Plus the they didn't cut it up properly. Made a mess all over just trying to separate the peices. Not happy .

Today I ordered a 2 cream cafemoka. Walked to shop and back home sipped my drink. Guess what didn't have coffee!!! Was a French vanilla. I use to love purchasing my coffee here but service has gone way down hill.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, and the inside of the bagel was charred and beyond burnt. Didn't realize until was already on the road, and I couldn't eat more than a few bites it was so bad. Also when ordering, the lady cut me off after my first item and I had to ask to add more after she gave me the total. One of the worst Timmies I've been to.

I like going to this location because there is a very nice woman and I never got her name but she is always in the window and she's wonderful! I find in general mostly everyone is happy and out going in the store.

So as for the food and beverages themselves when made correctly are great. However that’s a huge gamble based on who’s working. The issue definitely doesn’t lye amongst the staff themselves but the lack of management. Some of the staff are very friendly and polite. There are a select few manager included that those words would not effectively describe. Nonetheless when they have the lovely manager who’s filling in place of the ft manager it’s a great experience. I have also expressed to her how well the store operates with her there. The service in customer service comes second because customers will always be there but the service is what keeps them coming back. When employees are taken care of they take care of customers.

I just ordered a Turkey Bacon Club, and this is how my bread came. Total disrespect towards the customer! While I was at the register paying, an employee from the back, who seemed to be training the person assisting me, pushed a tip box forward. Her body language clearly indicated she was asking for a tip, which I found very rude on her part.
They didn't have any old fashion plain donuts and my Mum can only eat those ones

I've been getting bagels and coffee here for years, but lately my bagel is still cold when I asked for it to be toasted. Plus I need to rip my bagel in half because it's never cut all the way through.
