Tired this location for the first time and I was there for my lunch and I ordered crispy chicken habanero bowl, lid of bowl looks like it’s coming straight from bin, stale and raw chicken, very hard to chew and for the potato wedges those were not even crispy only my drink was fine. It looks like somebody cancels their order and these guys kept that to pass it to somebody. I always order same meal at all Tim’s location but never had an issue with my food. Tim says always fresh but at this location I think they forgot about their Tagline.

Ordered 2 scrambled egg boxes one of bacon one sausage 2 muffins and tw coffee for the combos. Everything was right and so fast the girls at this location are by the best in this city !!!

I just wanted to take time out of my day to thank Valerie and Nancy who work the open shift at your location! Every morning I come in before my 12hr shift and their upbeat attitudes are contagious. I appreciate that after a couple orders Valerie has my order down pat. It's this level of service that keeps me coming back! Honestly the speediest one! We drove from the order window to the pickup and they had everything ready (drinks and food), and the staff were so friendly!
It was peak lunch hours and there was absolutely NO LINES.
