I just wanted to take time out of my day to thank Valerie and Nancy who work the open shift at your location! Every morning I come in before my 12hr shift and their upbeat attitudes are contagious. I appreciate that after a couple orders Valerie has my order down pat. It's this level of service that keeps me coming back! Honestly the speediest one! We drove from the order window to the pickup and they had everything ready (drinks and food), and the staff were so friendly!
It was peak lunch hours and there was absolutely NO LINES.

Myself and two others attended Tim's on today's date (22, Jan. 2024). Each of us ordered the same thing - the soup and sandwich meal. The sandwiches were fine (nothing remarkable about them) but the cream of broccoli soup was remarkably less than underwhelming. It wasn't much better than tap water with a few bits of broccoli in it. Very (very) watered down and lukewarm. It didn't even taste bad because it had no taste at all. I can't believe they're flogging this stuff and no one has called them out on it. Needless to say, we won't be ordering that anytime in the near (or distant) future. Shame on you Tim's.
Meal was served promptly and hot. Thank you for working so hard!
