I am totally disgusted it with this location. I have been coming to this location since I was a young child. Now every time I come through the location, they mess up my order. My order is usually something simple like a medium with three milk I end up with a medium with three cream. They are not putting the orders into the screen so you can see what your order is. You have to wait for the surprise once you get to the window isn’t that why the screen is there? So you can see that they put in your order correctly at least that’s what I thought anyway I think he is better hire some more English people so they understand how to take our orders no offence and I’m not prejudice just tired of these people not understanding my order.

The last few times I have gone through the drive through the cashier took my change without out being offered it. I have spoke to him 3 times but neither time has not stopped him, I don't mind giving tips but when they just take ,I don't appreciate it. If it continues I will take my business elsewhere

I always order a Large Tea whith THREE milk THREE sugar and they regularly confuse 'three' with 'two' its either (3 and 2) or (2 and 3) or (2 and 2) on the screen and i try snd correct them but theu brush it off never hear me or its too late. Other than this one repeated issue this store is best in town
