This smaller foot print Tim Hortons does not have a drive-through on site however, there is plenty of parking available and usually not difficult getting a parking spot nearby. The service here is good and quick. Full service Tim Hortons with plenty of seating inside. I've always found this store to be clean.

Convenient location. Clean. The staff is amazingly friendly. However, if I want a drink which requires ice (ie ice coffee), I have to go to another location, which isn’t convenient.

Typical Tim Hortons but smaller with somewhat limited options. Most importantly, very poor/mocking attitude from the two ladies who worked there when we went. Some people should clearly not be in any service business.

Actually had a great cup of coffee there. Not burnt tasting like most Tim Hortons I've been to. Update. My wife had a tea today, and it was at best Luke warm. I think the heater for the tea needs to be serviced. She said she didn't enjoy the taste, but we can put that down to it literally wasn't her cup of tea. She is quite particular to the red rose tea brand and she generally does not enjoy tea anywhere, and I am fussy as well, so we can not hold any restaurant responsible for this. But the temperature needs to be checked.
Apparently this is more of an "express" version. They don't have the specialty drinks, hot or cold, which is fine - but why were they on the menu then?!? The lady working was very nice but when I asked that question she just shrugged and said they were a small store and just had regular coffee.
