Like alot of users of this outlet we are all repeat customers.We go everyday and what is really cool about this location is there is no drive through.That means the staff get to know your name and order which creates a special dynamic .They become part of your everyday work life.Friends that make your day better. One employee Sukhpreet Kaur is especially good at this.Thanks to them all.

Oh, my God. This Tim Hortons seems to be unable to provide service training. Upload the second complaint. On Friday, April 21, around 11:30 am, the children and I went to Tim Hortons again after the swim meet. One of my kids wanted a farmer's wrap, but I ordered a farmer's chicken wrap by mistake. A cashier named Ress is a farmer's chicken wrap? I laughed and said there was no such thing, and I changed it to sausage. After that, she told the woman next to her a chicken wrap and kept laughing. Does she laugh like that when a customer makes a mistake in her order? I felt so bad for her that I went to her kitchen and told her to come out and tell me her situation. Her response was ok sorry. She said her name is ress, and she wants you to take action right away. I saw rats there and got bad customer service twice. Tim Hortons please fix it ASAP
