Like alot of users of this outlet we are all repeat customers.We go everyday and what is really cool about this location is there is no drive through.That means the staff get to know your name and order which creates a special dynamic .They become part of your everyday work life.Friends that make your day better. One employee Sukhpreet Kaur is especially good at this.Thanks to them all.
I'll give this location a four because they do service customers very quickly. If you go at what people would consider a normal break/lunch time, it's very busy. Despite it being busy, ive never experienced them running out of what I wanted. If you are looking to sit down and chat while you have your coffee this isnt the place for you. Limited seating in a high traffic area.
I usually report that PEI has the best Tim Hortons in the entire chain but I now claim that the King St location in Saint John NB is top of the chain. A clean restaurant with very friendly and super efficient staff. I was there at 7 am and the racks were all full with the best variety of products I have seen at a Tim's. They were very busy and yet my order was quick and served with a smile. This is how a Tim Hortons is run.
